I like the food, good pasta and chicken. It is not really fast, we waited for more than 30 minutes, even not really busy. And other tables got their orders before us. Workers look like they don't care and that makes the ambient weird. I like the samplers they have a little bit of everything, good size and amazing price.

We had great food and the customer service was tops. They were able to do a lot of customization on our pasta dishes, and happily. I could tell the staff cared about making sure our food was hot. The restaurant was clean. While it be fast food, we truly had a great sit down experience. And our food was out quick! Which works great when you have busy toddlers. Breadsticks were still a great addition! I had the baked spaghetti, the kids had ravioli meals! Go on Tuesdays if you have kids 13 and under. Again, they did such a great job, I made sure to tell the management how appreciative we were for our experience. Thanks!

I had not been there for quite a while Because I am not down near that location very often, However I did stop in on Thursday on Thursday and had a bite to eat it was quick, it was hot, It was fresh, & it was delicious there was a little gal there named Kelsey C. and she was wonderful! She helped me clean up, she was just a joy! I have a bad shoulder and she could see I needed a little help & she helped!! The food was absolutely delicious I will be back

Fazoli's has always been a favorite of my children and I. The breadsticks were always amazing although I cannot eat them now, others with me enjoyed them! In getting older, my husband cannot quite handle the salt and grease (what makes them sooo good) in these and blotted them on a napkin. I got the Gluten-free friendly chicken pesto - it was amazing and I did quite well afterwards- considering it is a gluten filled restaurant!

Why do we have air on full blast in Mid October?!? Air should not even be on. It is way to cold in that place to enjoy hot food that gets cold in 2 mins. Told by the staff there is a lock on the thermostat lol hilarious and awful awful way to please customers...by freezing them out of your restaurant.

Haven't been here for a long time,lunch specials are definitely worth it especially with all you want bread sticks,staff came around and was very attentive,will come back

So disappointed with the breadsticks anymore. They are definitely not putting as much butter and garlic as they used to and now they are dry. I understand restaurants trying to cut costs but this signature item of yours shouldn't be how you do it.

I went to fazolis for dinner with my family and thought the food was delicious. As leaving the restaurant I forgot my at purse at the table and realized this about an hour later. It had been a long day as I had just attended my father-in-law's funeral earlier that day and was being absent minded. I called the restaurant and the kind people there said they had found it. I was so thankful that they kept it safe until I was able to return to the restaurant.

It was a solid 3 1/2 ⭐ as recently as a couple months ago. The service and employees are really good ,however the prices are beyond fast food now and quality hasn't kept pace with the increased cost. This is more a reflection of poor regional managment rather than local franchise blame .Also be forewarned this is no longer a Coke establishment. It's now a Pepsi place and study after study has established that Pepsi restaurants consistently score lower in food quality and facility cleanliness. In fact Pepsi places are two and a half times as likely to file for bankruptcy..

We went inside to order takeout. We waited for it inside because it was too hot outside. It came 20min. later as dine in. When we told the guy it was for carryout, he had an attitude. When we got home, he had shoved it into carryout containers. Not my fault he didn't listen when we asked for carryout.

They have 2 sizes on most entrees, small and large. If you don't notice the option you will automatically get a large entree. It would be customer friendly if you were offered a choice.

We visited a couple weeks ago. I can’t remember the managers name, but she was knowledgeable, had polite employees, and was diligent to have tables cleaned as soon as customers left. It’s always nice to visit a place that is well-run. It was a great experience with my family.

It’s the fast food for pasta. Love it. The service was great food came out fast. Place was clean. It good and works for a quick bite won’t be top tier Italian but will do the trick.

The food is very good. But what I really like is that I live more than a half-hour away and by the time I get home, the food still is HOT! Oh, wait, make that about 45 minutes later because by the time I unpack the car and sit down to eat, that much time has passed. By the time I am done eating, the food STILL is warm. How do you do that, Fazoli's? Other restaurants need to learn this. Good HOT food!

Great value. Probably don't get the credit they deserve, being a chain, but I pay extra for atmosphere amd good food. Taste wise, they are right up there with anyone else. I take it home, plate it pretty on fine china and my wife loves it.

Came here after our first choice failed us and I'm glad we did! Portions were generous and the food was really good! Definitely will return soon!

Fazoli's offers good Italian style fast food, via a drive up window. My wife LOVES any kind of pasta, but due to her special needs she isn't comfortable dining out anymore. If an appointment at the hospital nearby runs into mealtime, Fazoli's is her favorite stop! The food is Americanized Italian style. Spaghetti, lasagna, ravioli, etc. The portions are large, usually about 1000 calories per meal. The pasta seems to be a pretty standard Durham, and Fazoli's uses several different types (size/shape) appropriate for each dish. The sauces are stock red and whites, good but not exciting. The meats tend to be heavy, but not bad. Fazoli's is well located, quick, convenient, and they offer food my wife loves. What more do I need?

Bought twice in 24 hours so I'm just gonna chock em both into one. Food was great. From the pizzas to the wings, pasta, salads and especially breadsticks everything was fantastic. Powerade and lemonade were aces. The only and I do mean only issue I had was not getting ranch with my salad.

On Saturday the manager noticed that there was an issue with my gift card. I was preparing to pay for my order when she stepped in and said she wanted to try again. She resolved the gift card issue and was apologetic for the issue. AWESOME customer service!! Thank you very much :)

We love going here! For a day food Italian it is way cheaper and faster than olive garden. Live unlimited bread sticks for dine in. Note that due to socialize distancing can only seat 4 at a table. Only wish there was on the Davenport side!

Customer service was simply outstanding on all levels. At a busy time the dinning room was very clean and well attended. The food was prompt, hot, and delicious. The positivity from the staff was contagious and was genuine. Can’t wait to go back!

My son and I were in Milan to meet a long-time internet friend. Our trip through town brought us the joy of discovering this Fazoli’s, store 5947, a food chain we had loved when we lived in Missouri a decade or so ago. The food today was bit disappointing … delicious! I had the grilled chicken salad and he had his standby fettuccine Alfredo. We have no complaints. Billy and Jon who served us were friendly, attentive, and actually came to check on us in the dining area! THAT is great customer service. Keep it up, guys.

It's been a few years since I've been here and the meals are still pretty good. My only complaint is the chicken carbonara had very little chicken and was very dried out. It was seasoned nicely, just need more than 5 small pieces and less reheated time. The staff was great!
