It was the worst place i ever seen in my life. Everything is so dirty and unorganized we booked the place and had to find another place to stay for next 2 days because they gave the room someone else. After 2 days of waiting we got into rooms but it was like a nightmare. The staff are so rude and unhelpful. If anyone is looking to come here either staying or drinking something, you better stay outside or drink water from tap. The pool is so dirty and small as well. The biggest disappointment in my life.

Located in a Very Peaceful, Tranquil and Green Area. The Hotel is Nice and Clean. Quality Food available at the Restaurant. Good Quality Breakfast. Personnel is Polite. Bulgarian, Turkish and English Spoken. Highly Recommended

Can I give 0 stars??..... We went to the restaurant there and after waiting for about an hour and not only did we not receive a menu but also a server never approached us...in the end we were sick of waiting and left.

In the restaurant the smoking is permitted. Maybe they consider a closed terrace as an open-air terrace, which is not the case in winter. People smoke there even there were a lot of small kids playing, having birthday parties, etc. It could be they are backed up by some "indulgent" authorities. Don't forget, it's Bulgaria :) Otherwise, the food and the service are excellent.

Great place for all of you..

This is the heaven for peaple with small kids (2-10 years old). There is a huge kids playground right next to the restaurant, where you can sit calm, drink your coffee or sth else and be sure about the safety of your kids. Delicious and wide range of food. Fast and professional service. There is a football field, tennis court, three swimming pools. The hotel is also very good quality furniture and clean.

The complex is fairly nice. Has a kids area inside and outside right next to the restaurant that eased our stay tremendously. First room was very small with no night laps, after complaining were moved to a very spacious apartment. Rooms were definitely not properly cleaned.

I think the staff were excellent as well as the facilities. Food was also great and you could choose between several options for breakfast. The location is good when you travel by car and the parking is big. The rooms are a bit small but clean and nice.
