We had booked at the end of March 2023 for a day at the end of April 2023 for 3 people, Spa + lunch + 2 treatments of 50 min and 20 min. My friends and I had taken a day off especially for the occasion. Call Sunday morning 11:00 a.m. telling me there was a shortage of staff and a cancellation of all treatments the next morning but that we could come and enjoy the spa! a shame for a Spa like that of 5 mondes, especially in Monaco!! However, we had a reservation made several weeks ago!! Huge and big disappointment. I would probably never go, it’s a shame!! Luckily the Terre Blanche spa in the Var saved our day and all 3 of us had an incredible time at Terre Blanche. A word of advice, run away just to be disappointed too!!
