Best restaurant of fine dinning in town, the food are well prepare and the the are incredible, so much variety of food and wine selection too. The service is great and well serve. The view from the restaurant are fantastic too.

Absolutely worth an experience. Located on the 8th floor of Hotel de Paris - the window tables have a stunning view of the bay. The staff were super nice and attentive. Book a table well in advance as this place is popular. The food quality is outstanding!! The fish I has was like heaven. For €70/3-course lunch, it was totally worth the price! And no service charge/extra fee whatsoever.

A beautiful place with the atrocious service and poisoned food. I was dining with friends celebrating their anniversary. We started with drinks and there were tons of fruit flies all over the place filling my wine glass. when I have requested to replace my wine they did not instead they gave me a new empty glass and poured the rest of the wine from my purchased bottle rather then replacing a full glass of wine that was ruined due the THEM having fly infestation. I have ordered a salad that tasted awful the dressing was sour and had a bubbling texture as if mineral water was poured. needless to say I did not finish it but did not return it as I didn’t want to make it about me while my friends were celebrating anniversary. For the anniversary celebration the restaurant brings a tacky plastic cake, you’d think they can afford at least a cup cake as a gift for special occasion celebration but the highlight of the night was my terrible FOOD POISONING!!!! On my way home I got extremely sick to the point where I couldn’t sit up in the car in an excruciating pain. When we called back to report the incident we were immediately brushed off saying that food is daily checked and this just had to be something off with me. Granted the manager called to ask how I was feeling the next day while I was still fairly sick the next day regretting the entire experience … the service and food is disappointing to say the least I will certainly remember this place in as one to avoid. This restaurant is a far cry from what Michelin star restaurant should be. Update : that is a sad generic response that you copy and paste to everyone .. pathetic

For been a Michellin one-ètoile it is one of the best places and regarding the price is simply amazing. The food is really really awesome (we’ve ordered the Dejunier menú) and the attention was even better. All dishesh perfectly explained, also the wine recommendation! We will come back for sure!! We love this place

This has become my favourite restaurant in Monaco… The service is nothing short of amazing!! The view is incredible, but the quality & taste of the food is the best part of the dining experience. Walking through the hotel is also beautiful, the lobby is very extravagant. Can’t wait to eat here again!

Don't know how to star . Le grill. It was our first time in Monaco, We had the chance to dine at the grill, thanks to lura at the consierge of the hotel de paris. We were served generously by millesa at the grill restaurant. Service was outstanding and food was from another planet. We started with the sea bass ceviche and was one of kind 10/10 foie gras was great with toasted bread . 10/10 Mushroom risotto was something you must try . I highly recommend this dish . Tenderloin steak was great too . All over the experience was unforgettable. Thanks to millesa and all the staff at Le grill restaurant.

Absolutely an amazing 2.5 hour lunch experience… the food, wine, service, location…. Cannot get any better. A special day to remember.

souffle of five flavor was really a surprise! We had a very nice lunch there. Pity that the wind is too strong we couldn't make it to the balcony. Otherwise it would be a perfect meal with a perfect view. All ingredients are super fresh, and not salty(which is really great)! There were two tables there to celebrate birthdays. One is an 80 year old lady. We gave our sincere bless. Obviously, this is a nice place even for the local people. All the services are subtle and interesting to communicate with. Live the place!

By far, the best Michelin-starred restaurant I've visited. When making the reservation, I mentioned I'd be having lunch to celebrate by early birthday and as soon as I walked into Le Grill, to my surprise, I was welcomed by big smiles and best wishes. Everything was great and the food was amazing. The service... OMG, 100% superb. Antonio, Stephen and George were kindly enough to explain everything and made my lunch worth the while. Their service skills and attention to details were off the charts (thank you SOSOSOSO much!!!) - they also brought a cake with a candle, sang both Happy Birthday and Joyeux Anniversaire and even called out Chef Julien to also celebrate. I saw the moving ceiling in action and it took my breath away, so marvelous. I definitely will be back again, my experience in Monaco was more than great and Le Grill was the cherry on top!

Food is good, although nothing giving me enough emotion to come back. Poor service, no explanation about any dish. Tableware and decoration were better before the renovation. A bit disappointed 😕

Amazing location, view and atmosphere! The lobster appetizer was incredible, the wine list samples all of France. A must-do for your visit.

Very nice ocean view of monte-Carlo, probably the best scenic restaurant of Monaco. Food there is awesome and price is reasonable as a Michelin one star restaurant. Dessert (pistachio soufflé) is a must to try.

We didn’t book the place in advance when we fly over from the UK. Staff was very helpful in suggesting an earlier time for dinner to accommodate us. We were greeted by very friendly staff and was served with exquisite food. A must go when you go to Monte Carlo.

Amazing view about Monaco and you see the ocean and very nice employees. It is not so loud there. I like when it is not so loud in a restaurant. The bread was very good freshly baked. I have taken what was recommend and it was the chicken with herbs with mashed potatoes. It was very good. I got a small starter as a gift it was nice too. Also I got a dessert :D Thank you to the cook.

Top location, great view, classic dishes

Only 2nd time we went here and first time for dinner. Very cosy setting, we didn’t know the roof could open which they did and adds a very nice feeling/experience to the diner. Staff was a perfect balanced between casual and polite. Although we “only” went for meat and potatoes we enjoyed it a lot !

Exceptional view, service and extraordinary food, an extra star ⭐️ is deserving 🤩 We had the most delightful luncheon experience at this restaurant, everything was on point the delightful little asparagus egg 🥚 all the food was just perfect and the petit fours at the end simply scrumptious 🥰 we highly recommend you plan holiday and make a reservation at this experience restaurant 🥂

Finally the long awaited Le Grill at the Hotel de Paris is back in operation after closing nearly 2 years ago to rebuild. The room on the 8th Floor is curved and affords the best views overlooking Monaco that money can buy. I ordered the Menu du jour for €80 Three courses including 2 glasses of wine. Without wine €55. I was hard pressed to find a bottle of wine for under €150 and so settled on a bottle of Santanay Premier Cru at €130 My starter of Octopus, Shellfish and Potato Salad was cold and soulless not unlike my ex boyfriend who happened to be sitting opposite me. This was followed by the Beef which had obviously seen better days. Their saving grace was their smiley and professional staff and a delicious Grand Marnier Souffle as big as your head. The a la carte menu seemed overpriced for relatively ordinary faire. ps.. try not to look at the carpet. It almost put me off my food.

The service was the best from the sommelier to the waitstaff to the manager everything was amazing.

It’s one of these places where you just go “wow”... you actually need a few minutes to talk about something than the majestic setting. Probably one of the best view on the world. As if this wasn’t enough, the food is a festival of flavours and texture. The risotto is simply perfect, right balance of richness, taste and freshness from the zucchini. The lamb was cooked to perfection with a beautiful taste and the right balance of salt, just melting in your mouth. And the star for me were the desserts, well not just any desserts, the soufflés. Very hard to make and simply perfect here, I had 2. The Grand Marnier Classic and the raspberry, both out of this world... amazing execution, the extra warm raspberries to add were just sinful. Finally, service was excellent bringing the evening and the experience to a perfect harmony. Just wow...

Excellent service! Incredible food! Romantic and formal ambiance (finally)! And one of the best views on the Riviera! On a 3 night visit to Monte Carlo re ended returning a second time! (Side note: My profile pic is a selfi taken in their washroom. 🙄)
