Beautiful free garden. Only takes maybe 30 minutes if you really stretch your time. Very convenient too.

Simple life with each step towards the end of (zen garden) within.. Fantastic Japanese Garden located in Larvotto (Monte Carlo Bay area) Enjoy your walk and reflection about life.. The moment of now or basically speaking your sunshine :) Cheers from Ireland, Swav.

For starters it's free so worth the visit as most other things in the area aren't, even if they only cost a few euros. The whole garden is beautifully maintained, and the koi carp seem to be cared for as there are lots of them including dozens of babies. The whole area is a photographer's dream. You are bound to get some good shots without even trying. If you are going for some peace and quiet from the hustle and bustle nearby, currently you won't find it, there is construction work just outside on reclaimed land and you can't escape the noise.

5 stars because you can’t beat the price (free) and it was clean and mostly quiet. Only thing that needed attention was a broken bridge but it was cordoned off so looks like it’s being addressed. Fantastic option to enjoy a snack and listen to the water among the plants.

Amazing garden, beautifully maintained. First time visit was in 2010, it inspired my interest on Japanese gardens and the building of one at my home in Santiago de Compostela. The gardeners were very nice and we had a nice talk on the garden’s evolution and it’s maintenance, thank you for your time ❤️

The Japanese Garden in Monte-Carlo. It’s worth a visit. A great escape from the busy roads and streets of Monaco. The atmosphere is so relaxing and the beauty is everywhere. These include waterfalls, small islands, pools, lanterns, a tea house, Zen gardens, and most importantly, a red bridge.

Beautiful garden in the middle of the city. There is a pond with koy fishes, waterfalls, ... And the entrance is for free.

During my visit to Monaco, I also visited the Japanese Garden with my family, which was recommended to me by friends. A very neat and imaginative garden in the Japanese style. Cooperation with the locals is also known. Our only complaint was the guard who was extremely unfriendly. In fact, it really happened that we entered the park with a small dog in our arms. A lady at the entrance told us that having a small dog on her lap is not a problem. We realized very quickly that this was not true, as this gentleman warned us very strongly about the possible punishment. Of course, we heeded the warning and immediately sent our daughter out with our little pet. I wrote this as a warning to dog owners to avoid problems. Otherwise, the garden is nice.

Not really peaceful with the massive amount of noise coming from construction on one side and the engines revving at the Ferrari dealership on the other side. But it is a free place to sit down for a few minutes.

Very nice place, lots to see and enjoy but the noise from the building site next to it diminishes the experince of normally very peacefull and relaxing place.

A great free place to explore when you are going around Monaco. It really felt like I was in Japan at some points. The only reason for 4 stars is the nearby construction which ruins the tranquility and peaceful atmosphere this park has. Still definitely worth a visit

Perfect place. Relax-full, cozy and peaceful. You can see particular fish 🐠 in the lake.

Relaxing place but some people were smoking in the sitting areas and there was a new construction where they closed completely certain areas and you cannot have the sea view anymore.

Really quiet getaway in such a busy center. Lots of variety too, so you can definitely spend a minute admiring the beauty. Though dogs are not allowed. I carried my toy pooch and had no issues though I image walking a dog here is probably not ideal.

Lovely little garden, unfortunately at the moment there is lots of construction going on which means it can get very noisy at times, makes it difficult to unwind.

A little bit of calm in a busy, noisy town. Take time, relax and enjoy. I really did appreciate the opportunity to sit and reflect in this pretty tranquil space.

What a beautiful garden, on one of the most beautiful places in the world. In the middle of a bustling city, this is a peaceful little corner. Definitely come and visit.

Very pretty. In photos it looks like normal size. But all in miniature. Very well kept.

Well maintained Japanese Garden. Refreshing and peaceful park in a crowded city. The fishes and ducks are very happy living there. 😊😊
