Friendly staff. Greeted me as I entered the store and told me about the sales. Once I had a clothing piece, started me a changing room. Carried all my clothes to the changing room. Checked to see if I needed anymore sizes. Staff is knowledgeable, interactive, polite and helpful. And smiling. Love the fit of the clothing and quality.

I love this store and I'm sad we no longer have a store here in Saint John, New Brunswick. Every time I go into the store, I'm always greeted with a smile and the sales associates are willing to help but not hovering over me. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone

I went in for a Christmas to return a top that was too large, the salesperson was very friendly and helpful. I ended up finding another sweater that fit. It was a great experience!!!

The staff are very knowledgeable about every piece of clothing in the store. They pin pointed out some items that I might be specificially interested in. I purchased the most lovely winter Lux pants.

Ricki's is my favorite place to shop. Good quality clothing. Also a big shout out to one sales lady Tracy. She's so wonderful, sweet and always helps me when I visit.

Clothing prices are fair, nice variety of clothing but staff would rather watch a customer rather then to help them in any way. 4 staff working when I went in. One staff member working the checkout. The rest simply wander the store. When I was ready to checkout, there were 2 staff members wandering around by the checkout while one staff member dealt with a customer. No one at any time offered to help ring me through. They just stood and talked to the one staff member who was doing all the work.

This clothing store is FANTASTIC for a number of reasons. Lovely cothes, great and frequent sales that make prices truly affordable plus a range of sizes that takes so many body sizes into consideration. This is now my favourite women's clothing store. Also the staff there are so friendly and helpful. All GREAT!

I bought a cute tank top from ricki’s and loved it but it shrunk when I hand washed and air dried. I had my receipt and they still would not return it or at least give me a new one or store credit. I will not be buying anything else there again. Plus she was very rude as a store manager.
