The community and I have been beyond disrespected by your employee Teri. Not a day in my life have I gotten to have a pleasant partaking in my local Thornton’s experience because of this rotten excuse of a woman. I always manage to walk in whenever she is working to my absolute disgust and I am sick and tired of it, this will continue no longer as I am DONE with your location. I also heard her call my friend a slur and laugh and point at her PRIDE shirt which made her lock herself and hysterically cry in my bathroom when we returned to my home for about 2 hours. Do something about this.

My main gas station, my kids loves icies/slushies, but I gotta tell them not from HERE!!! SOMETHING AINT RIGHT ABOUT THOSES SLUSHIES!!! Wait!!!! Update 7/17/23.... getting gas with my son here, he said " remember those nasty icies dad!" I chuckled like yeah!!! But nah fix it!! Its cool to say thanks for the review to lead us on to think you're paying attention, if attention was being paid it would be better!!! But Hey!!! Let's see!!

If there isn’t an available parking spot DO NOT PARK HERE. I repeat DO NOT PARK here if there isn’t a marked spot for your truck. You will get fined even though there are no signs that says you can’t park here.

Warning for ticket police fishing here everyone who making business this place avoid please because this place is not public place it’s private place why o am saying that we are the people who buy the gas here and they allow police to fish here and give the ppl tickets every hour one person or two get ticket this place when they fuel and bull up the truck and go restroom police show up and give tick because they park fire place not safe so we are the ppl we are the power you can’t open business place and call police if we want ticket we go police station avoid to buy anything here

Nice looking on the outside, but this place needs a cleaning. Floors and sinks are filthy. With my many years experience in food service delivery, I learned the food prep area isn't any cleaner than the restroom.

At 8:35am on 8/21/2023 Let’s just say I received better customer service from the self checkout computer than I did when I went to the person at the register. Let’s not just go through the motions but look the customer in the eye and say it like you mean and not just checking a box.

Toilets were disgusting they all look like they haven't been cleaned in weeks bathroom was out of paper towels and toilet paper in almost every stall and there was garbage all over the floor
