Located inside the Shang Hotel downtown Ulaanbaatar. Decor and service is good. Bar area is very nice. Great place to grab some lunch or dinner, a drink or watch a sport event (NFL, UFC, Horse racing) ** becareful of the working ladies and their escorts that frequent this location.

Naadam pub is a cozy pub to hangout and meet foreign visitors. Missed the billiard table, maybe send for upgrade. Live band and good crowds is the main catch of the pub.

The food was okay, good service and nice atmosphere.

Went to dine in with high expectation today, left totally dissatisfied with customer service. Informed the staff twice to get an extra coke. Dessert ice cream came without a spoon, had to call the waiter to get one. One of the forks had food leftovers. Totally disappointed in Naadam’s customer service ☹️

An okay place with central location.

Been here countless times good wine, delicious cocktails, and good food. But last night I was very, very disappointed on the waitress. We ordered appetizers and few drinks and asked for blankets. By that time when we got our second drinks it was getting cool outside so I called the waitress to ask about the blankets and she said ‘no we can’t give you blankets because we just took your last orders’ and walked away before i could even explain to her that we asked for it long before our final orders, and our orders weren’t here yet. I called her several time when she was passing by and she literally said ‘No’ and passed by my table. Not a good way of representing this great place. Sad that I wont be coming back anytime soon and not as often as before. There should be manners training at this place. This place part of a 5star hotel and it should represent the place all together. The services should be good not only in the lobby it should be everywhere in the whole building since it’s under a one name. Sorry for this rating but it would have been better.

I would say this place is not good enough for dining or drinking. The customer service is not worth its price. There is always misunderstanding between waiters about your orders. And you should clarify it to make them understand your orders. I totally disappointed with customer service and waiter’s attitude.

Great restaurant on the second floor of the Shangri-la hotel near "downtown" Ulaanbaatar. Great food. Typical prices for a high end hotel, but good selection of food options.

Nice atmosphere similar to a Hard Rock. I went earlier in the evening so it had not gotten crowded. Above average clientele. The food portions were large and the price might be a little high for Mongolia but is reasonable compared to US prices.

The food was ok, it seems the place has improved since the last reviews. But as much as I enjoyed the view on their terrace, the music was awful. I felt like I was eating in the middle of a club. After I asked the waitress to turn it down a bit, I was ignored, so I can’t say much about their service. Anyways, they could use some lounge music and not disturb their customers if they felt the need to play something.

The experience was horrible, irritable staff, rude service, completely forgot my order. It's not what it used to be, there are better places. Which restaurant doesn't offer warm coin towels anymore? Especially the expensive places??

My experience here had been pretty hit and miss when I used to frequent it more often around 2018-20 but at least my recent visit was quite comfortable. Food was quite good, service was prompt, ambience was nice, and the price is about what you’d expect for a fancy hotel downtown. In any case, I do feel more motivated to try Naadam out again in the future.

As I visit Ulaanbaatar for my business Twice I visited this restaurant at lunch time . Its actually reasonable price Only less 30,000T included Starter,Main,Dessert even some tea also good served good quality of food . but the restaurant employees are needed to learn how to service to the customers . They speak english isn’t fluent also expressions not good all the times without chatting between them . chatting each other loudly next to customers and never smily face also never say Hello and Bye . I feel like was in North Korea . Common employees It’s in luxurist hotel in UB . loved here food and price and atmosphere but Much better to go Brussels beer cafe in Shangri-La mall on Ground floor .

Great food, reasonable prices

It took forever to get just an order of huushuur and 2 bottles of water. Literally we waited for an hour for those. Unbelievable :| Expect long time to eat or be served here.

Different menus, Be careful! When we got to the bar, we checked the menu on the Bar's homepage. It turned out,that this menu wasn't up to date: prices +30% and less cocktails available. Find another place!

Mongolian national meals are not really recommended. You could find better national dishes at other restaurants. More about bar vibe than eatery. Can't seem to get hold of waiters 😜

I really like this place. They are very friendly and take good care of you and serving good quality comfort. I have been many times now and never disappointed. On a Friday and Saturday evening it is quite a lively place after 9pm with an on site DJ playing some good dance music but at a level when you can still have a conversation without having to shout.

Ordered pork chops but brought pork tbone. Outer part was dry and the meat was hard. Cream soup and barley soup is not that good. Fried sweet potato was overcooked and burnt.

They took forever to get my drink ready. Probably waited for 30mins for an espresso martini on a very slow Saturday night and still waiting as I’m writing this review. They also just gave me my bill before they even gave me my drink.. Oh, the waiter just arrived to tell me that the drink is unavailable. Well now I don’t even want to drink anymore and my friends are drinking without me. My night is ruined and my disappointment is immeasurable. I wish I was a beautiful white woman, maybe then I would get better service instead of a nasty attitude from the waiters 😢 💔.
