The room is excellent. It is big enough and has everything, minibar and kettle. It was very very comfortable. It was cold outside but their heating system is excellent. It was so warm and comfort that I almost fell asleep in the sofa. Using fitness centre and having sauna downstairs are also very relaxing. Breakfast is so great! There are many sorts of jams, nuts and they are organic.

Great place! Clean room, great shower, friendly staff, good location only little issue: breakfast could be better. Making smaller portions for the buffet (eggs, bacon...) but bringing it out more often would help to keep the food fresh and warm and fits better to the rush of guests who arrive one by one rather than in big groups. Best hotel experience so far in NRW.

Love the Hotel. Very clean and good customer service. Been there twice and loved it. The location is accessible by public transport both bus and tram very frequently. With public transportation to city centre or Rhine is like 25minutes. I didn't have any meals there but the dining area is very spacious and clean.

Such a lovely experience. The rooms are fine, very convenient for a short stay. But the most amazing part of this hotel is the breakfast (with very cute options), a lovely terrace for the sunny days and also the service at the front desk was amazing.

Coming for the breakfast alone is worth it. Truly spectacular and better than at many far more expensive hotels that I have stayed in. Rooms are standard fare, slightly dated, but very clean. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Plenty of free parking in the neighborhood, but not much around to walk to. Great for a quick business trip stopover. Will definitely book again.

Amazing service from the staff. I cant remember all of the names. Tony, and a number of other staff are AMAZING! cant say enough about how nice and helpful they all were. Breakfast was great, the variety and quality is fantastic. small things I didnt like were the keys! Keycards would be great. other than that the location for me was convenient for my purpose. Would definitely stay again. the staff do an exceptional job.

Amazing breakfast, with many veggie options, also vegan ones. Rooms simple functional and clean. Easy to reach from the highways.

I never actually stayed there, but their flexibility and understanding with my booking alteration was very much appreciated! I look forward to staying when next in the area.

It was almost 22pm and after a long trip they didn't allow me to stay at the hotel. I had a negative antigen covid test which I did at the same day. I'm on a business trip so they couldn't do it. Completely unreasonable behaviour from this fanatics.

I didn’t stay at this hotel but when coming back from a walk with my friends, we really needed to use the bathroom and decided to ask the reception if we could use the ones in the hotel. The staff were very nice and friendly and the bathrooms on the floor were very clean. Since I live in Düsseldorf I probably won’t be staying in a hotel here anytime soon but just for this experience alone I give them a 10/10.

We were happily surprised by this hotel! The breakfast is amazing and the people are very nice. I actually had the best night in a hotel that I ever had because of the bed.

Great breakfast and with the large park just around the corner, we had a great time. Unfortunately no AC but luckily the windows go all the way open.

Solid little hotel. Rooms decent size, the bathrooms were clean and service was great. The rooms were hot because it had no aircon but they did provide a pedestal fan, which whilst it worked, was not the best, especially since we visited in peak summer and it was 30+ degrees. Reception staff lovely, offering free lollies and ice cream for guests. We also were able to use the bathroom/ change room facilities after we had already checked out and returned to pick up our bags which was nice of them. Overall, good little hotel, only downside was the aircon situation.

A very underrated hotel. They have the best breakfast I have ever seen in an hotel at this price range. Staff are very friendly and polite. There is free parking along side the street, but you can also opt for paying for a garage space under the hotel. Public transportation to the city centre is not a problem either. Rooms are ok and properly cleaned. Beds are comfortable enough. Our room did not have a safe though, which was a bit disappointing. There is also not any AC in the rooms, but they are provided with a fan.

Great hotel. Good service. Large modern rooms with everything you need. Comfy beds. We received a warm welcome. Clean & friendly. Wonderful breakfast. There was a massive choice of food & drinks. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Good prices.

Very clean, quiet and warm. Staff so welcoming and friendly.

They just open doors with their own keys even if you don’t need room service and just barge in. Sound insulation is very poor too.
