    Unfortunately, I can't recommend this practice after I called several times and no one answered the phone. I went there because my son had an eye injury. After I got there I was told I couldn't just show up here without calling first. When I told her it was an emergency, my little 4 year old had something in his eye, she told me she would look for a doctor who had time. When we sat down we waited an hour until it was our turn. Now the doctor came and examined my son and said nothing. After the examination, she explained to me in incomprehensible German how I should use the antibiotic cream. She didn't tell me how this could possibly come about or anything else, just unprofessional. I thanked him and left. The side effects of the cream caused severe burns on my son's face and body. Never go there again, but rather to the UNI Children's Hospital, they welcomed us and treated us wonderfully.

    I was a new patient at the eye center and wanted to have my annual check-up done there. The receptionist is very competent, empathetic and nice. Despite the appointment, my waiting time of around 45 minutes was just about acceptable. The tests before I could speak to a doctor were unacceptable. The measuring device was not adapted to me. Every time I had to swallow, my perspective shifted and I could only see a little. The employee there was very stressed and had to interrupt my examination at times to check on other patients in other rooms. The result of my examination surprised me because I recently had an eye test that gave a completely different result. During the subsequent examination, I would have liked a little more information about possible side effects of the eye drops to dilate the pupils. For about 10 hours afterwards I couldn't see clearly; my eyes were so sensitive to light that it hurt. My eyes burned and the conjunctiva was red until the next morning. I was sent off with the usual cataract flyer with a direct reference to the premium lenses and the message that I should get in touch again. The whole thing made me very unsettled!

    My ophthalmologist recommended the OSG Eye Center to me, for which I am very grateful. I had cataract surgery in both eyes and my distance vision is 100%. The doctors are friendly and competent and the practice team is courteous and friendly. The OSG works like Swiss clockwork, you will be redirected without long waiting times.     Cataract surgery I had surgery on my right eye in September and my left eye in October. I can absolutely recommend the eye center in Reisholz. During the preliminary examination I was treated in a friendly and competent manner. The information took place in a relaxed atmosphere and my fears were taken away. During the operation I was sedated and therefore completely free of fear. After the operation I was offered coffee, water and a roll. All the staff I came into contact with were extremely friendly. The result of the operation is perfect. I would like to thank the entire team!!

    Ich bin Patientin beim Herrn Occhipinti. Er ist ein sehr netter, aufmerksamer Arzt. Er gibt einem nie ein schlechtes Gefühl und führt auch mal eine Untersuchung mehr durch, um sicherzugehen, dass wirklich alles in Ordnung ist. Ich trage seit 25 Jahren eine Brille und seit 17 Jahren Kontaktlinsen. Bisher ist das der beste Augenarzt, denn ich je hatte. Leider habe ich aber in dem Augenzentrum auch schon negative Erfahrungen gemacht, als ich zB. als Notfall ohne Termin mit einer Bindehautentzündung dahin gekommen bin. Mich behandelte ein anderer Arzt, der, ohne zu übertreiben, zwei Minuten für mich aufgebracht hatte und mir dann auch noch ganz frech vorgeworfen hat zu oft die Kontaktlinsen zu tragen. Da ich niemanden hier bloßstellen möchte, lasse ich den Namen mal weg. Ich hoffe, dass die angesprochene Person es liest und selbst Schlüsse zieht, ob sie den Medizinerberuf gewählt hat, um Menschen zu helfen oder sie eher zu verschrecken zum Arzt zu gehen. Noch ein negativer Punkt ist leider, dass eine medizinische Fachangestellte beim Messen der Sehstärke sich nicht die Mühe macht das Gerät zu desinfizieren, bevor sie weitere Patientinnen reinbittet.     Not accomdating tried to call but the line was busy, just trying to get just an appointment so decided to walk in..not expecting to get short appointment but just date but the receptionist told me no for kids and.just a simple eye control for a kid that for sure it will not last long is not accepted ..advice to get another place to get appointment ... What's the purpose of having a lot a doctor inside and it is a central place for eye doctor but won't accept patients it it totally joke ..
