This store has almost everything you'd need for your home. It definitely would take a few hours just to walk around if you're browsing. The prices can be way cheaper than what you'd find on online stores (i.e. Amazon), but some can be more expensive. They also have a wide range of plants and gardening tools as well. The only problem is that it is situated a bit outside the city, so you probably will need a vehicle to carry stuff.

Terrible customer service with an aggressive door security staff and also other staffs. Also when I visited last time, I had to wait at cashier to know the price of product for 15 minutes to pay. I was surprised how the staffs don’t even know the products they are selling. The quality of plants are not so good either. No plan to visit again ☺️

Queue at the cashier has not moved in the last 15 minutes. With all the due respect, bad idea to put a newbie at the cashier after Karfreitag

Besides having everything you need for small and big fixes arround the house, the also have a big isle with exotic fish for aquarium keepers.

Worst service ever. I came to store and no one was willing to help to find what I wanted. Got some info at Amazon and Google at OBI website. I'll prioritise online shopping and if they don't want to provide a good shopping experience.

Great Baumarkt, especially the service. Compared to other stores the staff is extremely helpful and kind.

Reaaally big place, maybe too big for it's own good (It took me a very long time to walk from end to end and find what I needed) but it has a lot of things and selection.

I went there to buy lawnmower blades, paid for it and then at home I noticed there was an extra item on my invoice. I went to the shop te other day and told them about the problem. The guy there talked to his boss on the phone and told me I have no proof that I have not bought the extra item. I paid 33 euro for a 6 euro stuff. Superb customer support!!!

Reserved online, but nothing was ready for pickup when I arrived 3 hours later; people had a hard time finding my reservation and couldn't figure out whether the order had already been processed; had to search for everything myself then, losing an hour because the article numbers and names online do not correspond to the stuff that's in the store. Needless to say that asking staff for the location of specific parts, the usual answer was "that's not my department". When paying, the cashier didn't know the name of the parts (even though they were piled 5m next to her desk) and it took her 10 minutes to bill 1 basket. On top of all, the store desperately needs somebody to clean up and renovate some of the floors. Not up to competition!
