Please
watch
out
for
your
data
and
CT
images,
mine
were
sent
to
a
head
physician
Dr.
B.
passed
on
in
the
clinic
from
the
Diagnosticum
(by
phone
call)
and
distributed
in
order
to
harm
me
(I
had
never
consented).
Data
protection
has
confirmed
it,
but
I
have
no
chance
because
I
can't
hire
a
lawyer,
I
didn't
even
get
access
to
files
from
the
district
court,
so
it's
pointless.
The
clinic
and
first
admitted
it
through
Mr
W.
(the
following
emails
were
also
in
the
mailing
list
for
the
entire
executive
floor),
but
then
denied
it
again,
although
my
circle
of
friends
was
already
well
informed
and
the
matter
was
clear
to
everyone
(including
the
data
protection
activated,
the
submitted
a
report
that
the
matter
is
"criminally"
relevant),
i.e.
where
from,
who
and
why.
I
have
precisely
documented
the
matter
elsewhere
on
the
Internet
and
attached
the
data
protection
report.
So
watch
out,
nothing
is
safe
if
you
know
someone
there
who
doesn't
like
you,
watch
out.
It's
too
late
for
me
now.
Has
it
been
in
the
clinic
a
few
times
now,
as
you
could
read
in
the
newspaper.
The
perpetrators
were
previously
released,
it
is
different
with
a
chief
doctor.
There
is
one
point
because
the
Diagnosticum
first
admitted
it,
but
I
would
have
supposedly
wanted
it
that
way
(lied,
I
had
filled
out
a
piece
of
paper
that
this
is
not
the
case
without
consent,
paper
is
patient),
but
what
is
it
anyway
It
was
clear
that
the
documents
were
in
circulation
and
still
are
.....
I
withdrew
the
criminal
complaint
from
Kripo
I
because
I
never
want
to
look
the
perpetrator
in
the
eye
again,
but
it
would
have
turned
out
that
way,
without
a
lawyer
it's
problematic
anyway
.
So:
What
is
certain
is
that
nothing
is
certain.
I
called
the
manager
of
the
Diagnosticum
again,
but
she
is
said
to
be
constantly
gone,
I
don't
think
so,
as
I
received
an
email
a
few
minutes
before
that.

Bitte
passt
auf
eure
Daten
und
CT
Bilder
auf,
meine
wurden
an
einen
mir
nicht
wohlgesonnenen
Chefarzt
Dr.
B.
im
Klinikum
vom
Diagnosticum
weitergegeben
(per
Anruf)
und
verbreitet,
um
mir
zu
schaden
(ich
hatte
nie
zugestimmt).
Datenschutz
hat
es
bestätigt,
allerdings
bin
ich
chancenlos,
da
ich
keinen
Anwalt
anstellen
kann,
ich
bekam
vom
Amtsgericht
nicht
mal
Akteneinsicht,
also
zwecklos.
Das
Klinikum
und
hat
es
über
Herrn
W.
erst
eingeräumt
(die
folgenden
Emails
hatten
auch
die
gesamte
Chefetage
im
Verteiler),
dann
doch
wieder
bestritten,
obwohl
mein
Bekanntenkreis
recht
genau
schon
informiert
war
und
jedem
die
Sache
klar
war
(auch
dem
eingeschalteten
Datenschutz,
der
einen
Bericht
dazu
abgab,
dass
die
Sache
"strafrechtlich"
relevant
ist),
also
woher,
wer
und
wieso.
Ich
habe
die
Sache
an
anderer
Stelle
genau
im
Netz
dokumentiert
und
den
Bericht
vom
Datenschutz
beigefügt.
Also
passt
auf,
es
ist
gar
nichts
sicher,
wenn
ihr
jemanden
kennt
dort,
der
euch
nicht
leiden
kann,
aufpassen.
Bei
mir
ist
es
nun
schon
zu
spät.
Gab
es
nun
schon
einige
Male
im
Klinikum,
wie
man
in
der
Zeitung
lesen
konnte.
Die
Täter
vorher
wurden
entlassen,
bei
einem
Chefarzt
ist
es
eben
anders.
Den
einen
Punkt
gibt
es,
da
das
Diagnosticum
es
erst
zugegeben
hat,
aber
ich
hätte
es
ja
angeblich
so
gewollt
(gelogen,
ich
hatte
noch
einen
Zettel
ausgefüllt,
dass
das
nicht
der
Fall
ist
ohne
Zustimmung,
Papier
ist
geduldig),
was
aber
eh
schon
klar
war,
da
die
Dokumente
im
Umlauf
waren
und
noch
sind.....Den
Strafantrag
bei
der
Kripo
I
habe
ich
zurückgezogen,
da
ich
den
Täter
nie
mehr
in
die
Augen
sehen
will,
wäre
aber
so
gekommen,
ohne
Anwalt
ist
es
eh
problematisch.
Also:
Sicher
ist,
dass
gar
nichts
sicher
ist.
Hatte
nochmal
bei
der
Chefin
vom
Diagnosticum
angerufen,
aber
die
ist
angeblich
laufend
weg,
glaube
ich
nicht,
da
ich
einige
Minuten
davor
eine
Mail
erhielt.
