Travelling in our camper truck and were allowed to camp on the beach infront of the hotel and use the pool and facilities.for 5000 CFA a night. Beautiful.

Very nice place to rest and for vacation. No TVs in the rooms and good night sleep with waves noises at night and birds in the morning. Highly recommended.

Fantastic location situated right on the beach. Decent sized pool with loungers. Bungalows compact, clean, and well appointed. Staff friendly and welcoming to a fault. Tasty food at good prices, including local Ewe cuisine. Various excursions and trips to nearby cultural sites offered.

My friends and I stayed here for a few days and it was blissful. It's a bungalow beach front hotel with friendly staff. It's great for a quiet romantic getaway. The rooms are clean and there are mosquito nets to battle the mosquitoes. It's right at the beach, so you can catch the sunrise above the ocean which is beautiful. Overall, I would recommend. My only issue was the lack of intercomm phones in the rooms. You have to go to reception desk yourself if you need anything.

The service and the overall condition of the hotel seemed like it was around 5 years in the past. They don't really take a lot of good care of their rooms but they have access to a stunning beach.

Was at this place more than 20 years ago. Changed a lot...service is good and the owner will pick up the phone at 1am to help you check in. Food is great...service is good. The rooms will do with some renovation....but who goes to the beach to stay in the rooms? AC is good and toilets are very clean

Lovely hotel. The interior compound, restaurant and pool area is very kid friendly. My only recommendation for the hotel is maintain the upkeep of the beach from furniture, the area is under utilized. Other than that, very pleasant experience!

I could Wright a long review of everything that was not good at this hotel but I'll safe you some time by saying this. DON'T GO!

Beautiful hotel on the beach with bungalows and apartment style units. Great food! Great service! Breakfast was very good as well as dinner. Peaceful surroundings on the beach. Nice pool for relaxing. Garden areas for eating and relaxing. I will be back!

Nice relaxt place… the service is good but some of them are to relaxt ;-). They did some renewal on some house with is nice.

Splendid location, nice staff and decent food. Seems past it's prime and needs more fixing of facilities.

Nice environment (beaches, pool and French style of cooking) if you want to leave the hustle and bustle of city life. The electricity was spotty though so hot during the day. No room service but made do.

Nice bungalow hotel. The best that you choose regular bungalow, because is neafrer to the beach. Also has a veranda, where you can seat, calm down, looking and hearing the sound of ocean waves. It has a large pool with nice atmosphere for dinner.

I really enjoyed my time at Awalé. The rooms were clean and reasonably priced, and the location can't be beat.
