Ordered crispy wings from here. They came extremely small, no meat and extra dry. So horrible that my 7 and 4 year old wouldnt even eat them. Called them up to give them a chance to remedy the situation. The Manager said he can do nothing to help us with our dinner tonight, and he offered 30-50% off our next order. Not acceptable in my opinon. Disappointed with the lack of professionalism and customer care. Will not order again. Here is a picture of the wings, the size of an eraser.

Finally they opened a location 20 minutes from my house! I had to drive to Winston Churchill or Burlington for their wings! Amazing everytime! Without a doubt, beat chicken wings in Ontario!

I would give you guys a 4.9 for only one small detail. I live the half pound wing option, you guys need to do it without a side though. Just have an option for people who don't want wedges or rings to just buy wings at a cheaper price, and then have your combos. I wanted to try multiple flavors but had to buy 3 combos with sides. Nonetheless the flavour is incredible. Chicken quality is A1. Fast and delightful staff working to ensure customers get an optimal experience. And they even walked my wings out to my car because I wasn't sure when to come in. I will be suggesting this place for both service and food quality to all my friends in the area. Excellent work guys ☺️👍

Not good at all. $47.98 for 3lbs of wings and $12.69 for some thin skins which are just chips with cheese. It took 1 hour 15 minutes for delivery and the wings were cold. The thin skins were a solid mass. As a bonus I got an eyebrow hair or a piece of steel wool in mine. See picture. I don't even want to know! Save your money and go elsewhere. Other restaurants in town have better wings and service. For the corporate folks, it was order OD-9991921.

Awesome variety, so many flavors to offer and the wings quality match the price. 100% recommend it. I recommend and would be visiting again.

The best chicken wings. I ordered the 1lb meal with a side of poutine which was all really good. Wings are fairly large in size. Friendly staff.

Awesome wings. I stopped here with my son, we were going to go to Subway, but they were out of bread, if you could imagine. We ordered a double, two pounds. Sauce was awesome. We were really surprised at the size of these wings, I mean they were huge. Easily twice the size of what you would get at Kelseys or Boston Pizza. I will definitely go back.

Amazing wings here! It's been a while since I had good wings. I do recommend calling in advance before going in. I had to wait 30 mins but other then that the wings were exactly what I was looking for. When you ask for saucy wings they actually make sure the wings are saucy. Just thought I'd make a point of that as most places don't do it right.

We did a takeout as well as dine-in at the store. The recommendation for food options by store staff was a real delight. The chicken wings in honey garlic sauce was really good, highly recommend. The crispy cauliflower in hot sauce was too good - hot aroma sauce, crispy texture …. This will be my starters with beer! The store manager (TJ) recommended various food options along with sauces, great customer skills and really happy to enjoy the whole experience! Cheers 😁

Great place for hot and crispy wings. I ordered honey garlic wings and smiley sandwich medium BBQ both were very delicious. Jalapeno poppers must try. Perfect place to dine in/order for family.

The new management is great. I ordered for a 1Lb wings combo - TexasTequila with crispy onion rings and chicken bites with the Jamaican hot. Very fresh and great quality. The service was quick and very efficient. A great place to go with/order in for your family.

Definitely has been an amazing experience since the new owner Tj has taken over this location. Food is always hot and fresh and delivered on time. Tried WingsUp for the first time today. Great food and incredible owner who clearly takes pride in his business. Will definitely return!!
