The place is not less than a night mare, I paid 2,500Rs For every single day, In total they are charging me more than 4,500 Rs everyday. The service is extremely poor. I booked for Ac room Room is not clean for decades. I am staying in this hospital for last 4 days. It’s feels they are taking my life, the pictures are the proof. They are using plastic plates not cleaned up properly on the other hand food are also worse quality. I don’t even after I am cured from this stomach ache for which I will be carrying different virus or not because they using the same food plates for everyone or not. The only reason I am here because of my Doctor he is very very good because he is old he treat people only near to his home. Dont….Dont….Dont admit your patient in Dafodil Hospital, Lake town, Kolkata. The Nurses and the Doctors misbehave with patients, and the management do only business, they have no ethics. You will be shocked to know that "Nurses are tried to murdered my patient". Dear reader, My father was admitted in dafodil hospital on 7th Aug 2020. First 3 days they admitted him in ICCU 1, on 10 th aug they shifted him ITU 3 and Dr.Kripasindhu Maurya & Dr. Bipul Roy both told us that he is in batter condition. But on 11 aug at 12:47 AM a call hospital and told that my father is in critical condition and the same day they shifted my father in Ventilation in ICCU 2. On 20 th aug they out my patient from ventilation and told us that he is now in BIPAP machine support. After 5 days in BIPAP on 25 th aug they shifted my father again ITU 3 . On 26 th aug Doctors told that he is in good condition and nurses told "your father taking tea and biscuits himself" but again on 27th aug at 5:15 AM they call us and told us that "your father is now in very critical condition and shifted in ventilation". We could not understand what happened inside the hospital with the patients. On 29 th aug we requested them to give us permission to visit my patient with PPE kit and they allowed. When we visit my father in ventilation condition he tried to say something but can not then he gave us a note with pen and paper. Then we can understand what happend with him. We told the facts to Dr. Bipul Roy but he ignored. On 4th sept they released my father with worst physical condition with the support of BIPAP machine and Oxygen support. After release, my father told that the nurses and doctors mismisbehave with him & other patient. The nurses worship of covid 19 and criticised the patients every time. They do not take care the patients, do not give the foods properly and timely. When any patient wanted any things to the nurse they did not provide. The most most most pathetic incident is…… On 27th aug after mid-night my father requested the nurses several time for water, they hear but did not provide water. Suddenly two nurses came and band my father's hand and leg tightly with bed and covered him with polythine. He tried to breath but can not do and become senseless, when the sense returned he found himself in ventilation. I, Md Soyeb khan, son of the patient tried to contact the CEO of the hospital to say something about the situation of the hospital but it can not be possiable because no permission is given from their end. Please be aware about DAFODIL HOSPITAL and This type of private hospital.

The hospital provided a very pleasant experience for all of its visitors. From the initial welcome to the patient care services, the hospital staff was very cooperative and accommodating. It is a great private hospital in our area that provides excellent care.

My mother was admitted to the hospital in the emergency section on 26th January because of the food poisoning and there was 2-3 nurses which knew nothing about Saline And NS. After trying for ten mins, they couldn't insert the injection properly which lead to the severe pain in her hands and also the blood clotting. it's been three days and her hand is fully swollen now. I will never recommend Dafodil Hospital. They don't know how to treat their patients in emergencies.

We have a phrase to describe Daffodil Hospital, "People go in healthy into Daffodil and come out dead". One of the worst hospitals in the area and almost all over the state. A drastic change is required from the hospital's side and that is needed fast. My mother once went to have some treatment there and was visibly upset and frustrated. Same thing with my grandmother.

Left a dementia patient without food and medicine till 4pm while ppl visit from home. Nuse given excuse patient don't want to have food. Another special services is while asking for ambulance in emergency hour at 2am they are saying driver is sleeping take an Ola.

If you care about your family, do not admit someone here, they don't care about humans and only know money. Those are not doctors, devil itself.

My mother(kalpana kundu) is taking dialysis for the last 5yrs. The environment is good enough for a hospital. They intensely take care of my mother. Even if we can't visit, they cordially do every formalities so that she feels home. We are grateful to every officials of this hospital.

!!!!! WARNING !!!!! 4 out of 4 patients, whom I know, had admitted to the hospital get discharged after his/her death. Absolute no treatment, and tells patient parties that the patient will get discharged, and day previous to the discharge the patient dies. Such a hopeless staff. Never considered this hospital for treatment.

I admitted my Mom on last Saturday (8/7/23) for CABG under Dr. Arif Nabi Bhat with reference of Dr. Minhajuddin Khurram. I must mention that both the doctors where the bestest I have ever met. They are super experienced with the best attitude towards their patients and with patients relatives. Apart from the doctors there were nothing remarkable about this hospital. I can't even mention a single good thing about this hospital but can provide a list of negative points. Such as; 1. Staffs are super rude even towards a critical cardiac patient. 2. Pathetic nursing service, they don't know anything. They can't even tell you anything about the patient they are taking care of. 3. Patient are not at all being taken cared even in ICCU. Diabetic and CKD patients were served tea with sugar, rice in dinner, big katla fish, etc. 4. Found many errors in billing. They were just making money from patients. 5. Rate chart is too high as per the services and the quality of amenities/ambience. I would like to mention in short, that I am not going to visit this pathetic hospital ever again in future and would suggest everyone to keep this hospital as there last option or as no option!!!!!

In this Corona time, this hospital n the hospitality I received here is much more thsn my words can express. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful n nice. My father who was admitted here too express gratitude towards everyone who treated him.

I went to collect the diagnostic urine report of my daughter at 730 pm on 29th October . The lady in the counter said that the counter was closed and asked me to return the next day very rudely. The diagnostic counter is open till 8pm. And I have earlier collected reports after 745 pm. However this lady was very rude and was ready to rush back home early with no empathy for the patient

I got admitted for one day and was charged for two days. When I asked them they gave me some cat and bull explanation. Very bad service and unhygienic. Staff asks for tips. Horrible food..could hardly eat. I paid for a individual room but I didn't receive the kit that comes with it. Bad experience

Worst hospital without experienced doctor and nurse. Dr Kripasindhu Maurya is a worst doctor and lack of experience to treat patient. No clarity about treating the patient. Dont admit patient in uncertainty. No proper guideline even after discharge of patient. After contacting dafodil we are being informed by their rep. to take another new appointment of the same doctor. Then why proper guideline not given. My paitent was admitted in dafodil hospital on 24th June'2023 and released on 12 th July. My patient has been detected with diabetes. As per discharge instruction we are maintaining regularly, but blood sugar level is very much fluctuating.. Further patient oftenly sweating with uneasiness like chest and abdomen burning sensation.... If the patient was not cure, how Dr Kripasindhu discharged without proper cure of health or providing any guideline. Its very painful.

Money mongers! They will ask you to deposit 50000 rupees even before they start treat the patient. Don't waste your money guys

One of the worst private hospitals of Kolkata. They transfer patients who are already dead for over an hour to their ICCU just to show the relatives that they are trying whereas they just keep the patient there and act out some monkey business and declare the patient dead after an hour or two just to increase the billing amount of the party

Not recommended for old aged patients at all. My grandma was admitted as she vomited one day and didn't eat for the whole day. She was totally fine elsewise. She was 84 and covid negative. On the first day the doc told her food pipe has been blocked, so need to put rice tube. We didn't want that as it was risky for such age. The next day they said food pipe has broken. Worst part is we weren't allowed to meet her for even a sec. No one. She was just given saline, innumerable injection marks on her thin wrinkled skin, on the 3rd day she didn't open her eyes. Doc told she was sleeping , and that few hours left for her, we should come soon, as they can't keep the body for more than 4 hrs. But we knew, she's long gone. After an hour we received the news. At late night 11 pm we were called for clearing the bills, and requested them to keep her till early morning . Thankfully, she was kept in the morgue

Saw many negetive reviews. But i have good Experiences with this hospital. They conduct watsapp video call also during covid situation..and its feeling very good to talk with your dear every day. yes they are caring . But it's very difficult to consult doctor for feedback of your patient ..

They give patient wrong meds then they demand to pay the charge of the medicine when my friends family opposed them why we pay the charge of wrong medicine then they behave very bad with friends family and give threat they will not give medicine to patients.. Pathetic experience. I was here with my father 61yrs of age for MRI fistulogram. The appointment was fixed for 4.30 pm but my father was taken inside for the preparation only by 6'o clock. No value for someone's time being taken seriously. The staff at the reception were only delaying things and refused to comment, delaying the procedure. The lady doctor sitting inside was also rude, she along with the staff were rude and unprofessionally behaved. There is only one washroom which is unisex, totally unhygienic. The worst part which I disliked the most is the way the doctor behaved with my dad, she had all the previous reports but still she asked the location where the pain is, my dad politely replied saying it's on the right lower end and mentioned that everything is in the report. She commented - "the doctor can be wrong, that is why I am asking you verbally". Being a son I somehow controlled my emotions as I respected her profession. Overall a not so pleasant experience, no apologies from the management but they will treat you as if they are doing a favour. They also have a nursing home and you will find their patients jumping the que and being attended before- no point of taking an appointment if you do not wish to adhere the schedule.

We are very satisfied with dafodil hospital Pvt. LTD regarding treatment for fractures of right fabula by sasthaya sathi medical card. All office and indoor staff are very good and their behavior is also very nice. One thing we must say that dafodil is really for those who are belongs to middle class and poor family. My brother 30yrs youth was brought to Dafodil on 16th August 2023, Test reveals very very high blood infection. Liver and Kidney highly infected, ( Septicaemia) which could lead to multiorgan faliure in any moment. Hope of life was gone. Admitted to ICCU . With finger crossed we waited 4 unslept night . But giving thanks would be less to Dr Avick Nag MD & M. Saha , RMO and his team , managed that crissis very well with their skill, bought life back and discarchared the patient within 9 days. Doctors are next to God please Respect them. All the Medical and Non- Medical Staff was very passionate cooperative., Thanks to CEO and the team Dafodil for the same. U all keep well and continue to do so for OTHERS .....

Very nice hospital. They have some very good doctors whom you can visit in the OPD section. I would recommend Dr. Anasua Das Pediatrics. Very nice doctor. Also wanted to mention that the emergency ward is well equipped and RMO present are all very experienced.

Good place for X Ray, USG, CT Scan. charge is little bit on higher side for example for NCCT KUB charge is around 4000. Though the place is clean and accessibility is very good. Just near Minto park, Belle Vue clinic, SSKM Hospital everyplace within 2 KM radius. Their waiting time is also less. But that may be due to Covid 19 situation.

Very very bad experience. My Grand uncle was admitted yesterday as an emergency as he apparently had a stroke. They couldn't do a MRI as apparently he was not still, could not put a Ryles tube and did not give any food or medicine since yesterday. The only thing that they could do was conduct a CT scan where they were unable to find anything. My Granduncle was supposed to have a dialysis, they initially mentioned they'll do it today morning, then said afternoon and then evening. Finally we shifted him to some other nursing home. But the damage that has been done in these 2 days by them by not giving any medication may never be reversed.

The behavior of the doctor meant for usg test is pathetic... He ask wrong questions and use abussive language to female patients who goes alone... Thinking to lodge police report against him

The nurses, specially those in night shift are not capable enough to take care the patients. I had a narrow escape. The automatic bed was broken, the TV was not working, the AC was not working properly, water leakage in the washroom from the tap. Will not recommend this hospital unless there are no other option.

I took him to this hospital and admitted under Dr. Deep Chakraborty(Ortho M.S.), he did the PFN surgery and cured my Dad within a week,beside that all the ground level staff, concerned nurses,resident doctor, O.T. department, Billing and Corporate staff, Pharmacy staff, above all the Managment of the hospital has helped me a lot. She was successfully operated and recovered to good health in short period with the great expertise and care that the doctors and medical team of this hospital. I would say this hospital is well suited for a diverse group of people suffering from a myriad of critical or chronic illness needing urgent medical or surgical or multidisciplinary approach.
