PLEASE DON'T TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. *Dr.Arvind Kumar* is the most corrupted doctor I have ever seen. Worst possible behaviour of most of the staff both Medical and Non Medical.Truly, unprofessional. Everybody, will MISLEAD and MISGUIDE you in every possible way they can,except 2-3(One Lady Receptionist and Two Male Floor Managers) If you go with queries on how your patient is being treated,which infact we have the RIGHT to know ,they wil SHOUT at you instead,with very illogical reasons and divert your questions. They DELAY reports,so that the patient stays longer,and they can make a heavy bill.If asked before hand, they'll start arguing and can also present a well rehearsed SKIT. Dr. Arvind Kumar has VERY BAD ATTITUDE towards patient party,if you enquire on his way of treatment he might use the term"Head Dancing" .As in, he will not answer our questions rather neglect the actual care of the patient and focus on the bill. HE KILLS PEOPLE!

Corrupted hospital ! Totally fraud !!! The doctors here will loot you as long as you have bank balance. My uncle died because of their negligence they'll never deny the fact the patient can't survive anymore they'll run their tests, experiments and will make you buy everything possible but no wonder what they seriously do with the bought medicines because if you're a covid patient you're not allowed to even go closer to them so they do their job much with dishonesty(you never know) and you can't even question. Please don't admit your dear ones in this hospital if you truly love them. I had terrible experience 😃

I have never receive any correct information from this hospital. Staff Behaviour is very bad. Once I have visited for the Free Covid 19 vaccine enquiry but reply was very bad. Don't visit this hospital. Majority of the staffs thinks that Dum Dum Municipality Hospital is their Paternal Property.

the emergency ward is very good . And the doctors are very help full. It is free also. and the pharmacy is 24×7 open. My son was born here . The doctor and the staff's took good care of them. easy to reach there and there are many private pharmacy around here. middle of night or any time emergency doctors are available here to help. One advance be polite to the staff and you will get good response from them . After all we are all human been.

Behaviour of the Reseptionist and some staffs are bad.They are unprofessional.Experience from Dr. Monojit Chatterjee is not good.

Very bad. Day before yesterday my grandmother was admitted. Suddenly when me and my mother was on staircase we could hear the crying sound of her....on reaching there i saw nobody not a single sister or nurse was there on the cabin ... she was lying alone and crying with pain. When we shouted then one lady attendent came and told that she was being given injection but no sideeffect caused her. My grandmother was neglected. If it would be possible to give on (-) rating i would give (-100) . Worst experience

A hospital run by Dum Dum municipality. Basic infrastructure needs to be updated. Although OPD, IPV, ICU, PATHOLOGY services exist but emergency care is not up to the standard. The good thing is that there is a pharmacy opened 24 x 7.

Very good service, it's a classic example of private public partnership. They're very good, stuff are very careful regarding patients.

Affordable public-private model hospital and 24*7 emergency available. But the waiting time for getting reports for say CT Scan or USG is humongous. So they keep patients for long instead of speedy completion of diagnosis even if things are pretty doable. Doctors are good and caring but attendants aren't. Group D staffs are too rough to talk to.

This is a private nursing home. Treatment and outcome Depends on the doctors and patients condition Staffs like RMO and nurses are very helpful. You can get cashless treatment here. Ambulance service is worst. To get to ils during emergency they charged 700 rs.

Worst emergency service. I would prefer to give negative point. But it's not possible. Please don't waste your valuable time if patient is in serious condition. The alloted doctor in emergency section is busy with his mobile. And the DRMs are doing his duty. This is the culture of a municipality hospital.

I have nothing to say about Dr.chatterjee because he saved my dadu's life and we are still grateful for that but the other facilities like caring of patients are really very bad..some nurses feels disturbed to talk to patient's party..Dr. Chatterjee advised to the nurse for walking my dadu daily but they didn't move him properly as a result for lack of body movement, he suffered from the last stage of bedsore when he came back to home....His health situation was so serious and painful that we had to admit him to another hospital... Although he had several health issues but bedsore makes his health condition more worse than previous....I am requesting to the authority to be more careful and aware about caring facilities of older patients...

Staffs are totally unprofessional. Most doctors are not punctual. One of the worst hospitals of North 24 Parganas. they focus on making endless bill.

..Emigency did not pick up the phone, if not picked up then why did you keep the phone?

This hospital has the worst dialysis staff u will ever come across absolute pathetic, they dont care if patient lives or die

This is a Government Hospital. Very busy and crowded hospital as the survives are excellent. Multi speciality Specialized hospital. Doctors as well as other stuff are very well mannered. Doctors observe patient with care and give time to diagnosis. Pharmacy store is present which is alos good. Overall survice is excellent.

For 2nd floor. Please keep a family member instead of keeping an aaya. They will take 500 for 12 hours but they go outside and sleep. They don't take care of the patient but will pretend to be the most caring person.

My mother was admitted here under Dr Debabrata Patra , no words of praise for the staff and doctor will be sufficient. Dr Patra , is a jem of doctor, always on time, responds to patients relatives excellently and patiently, friendly and very efficient. The hospital staff was really good, took proper care of my mother. The hospital is neat and clean and very very peaceful. Good work DDMSH Team, All the best , keep up the good job!!!

As a government organisation it's really good to get a treatment

Worst system. While compleing for any thing, hospital staff says don't forget it's government hospital .

Many facilities available. But very dirty and unhygienic place.

I went there for vaccination , very untidy , crowded hospital but doctors are good and experienced .

The services are very poor. Today I go for a gynecologist but due to worst service I return without visite the doctor. I waste the money ( doctor fees )

Dr Samit Chatterjee (MD) is best Doctor at Dum dum municipality for Covid treatment.
