While working for GHD I noted several instances of HIPAA violations, everything from discussing PHI on unsecured/unencrypted platforms (discord) to literally emailing the wrong patient a certification for another patient. None of these HIPAA violations were ever reported to the proper authorities. Now that I work for an actually competent medical company, I understand just how egregious these offenses were. Additionally, GHD has staff who believe that COVID-19 is caused by 5-G radiation, that the earth is flat, and that viruses do not exist. That's right, Tyler, I'm looking at you. How can you work for a "healthcare company" and not believe in VIRUSES. Embarrassing. Finally, the labor practices are abysmal. I was treated like garbage despite the fact that I was one of the call center representatives who stayed with them when there were literally only two of us because everyone else quit due to poor management, and they had the AUDACITY to talk badly about me to my colleagues. What piss-poor management. All in all, this may appear to be an above-board business, but it is shady as hell and I am glad I left. Dr. Dugar should be ashamed, but he isn't because now he's a millionaire, so why should he care?

Green Health Docs is great. It is very easy to setup and the doctor is very knowledgeable. I did the video call and sent everything needed to them. They made the process easy for me. I recommend to anyone who is needing to get their card. Love this place!

The staff so very knowledgeable and patient with the people coming in to apply for their card. When I was waiting there were all seniors working thru the process online. And Remy took her time with them all so we didn’t get frustrated. I didn’t have an appointment but had called the WV Medical Cannabis office first thing in the morning to see if they were booked, snd they were. But 2 hours later she called to see if I could make an 11 am appointment. So I was very happy and they followed thru with the phone calls too.

Absolutely flawless procedure. All directions are sent through email. The nursing staff is available right away to answer any questions you may have by phone also. The doctor that does the examination, was patient, kind and took his time to understand my situation. A most wonderful experience that's definitely worth your time and money!

It was extremely quick and painless, about 15 minutes! My Dr was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the whole process. If you are curious about anything, give them a call and they can help you out.

This is the best way to renew your certification. I chose telemedicine. I did everything online. Provided a few documents online and waited for my appointment date and time. My doctor was professional and knowledgeable. My appointment took less than 10 minutes. Convenient and easy.

The process was easy and not invasive. Doctor asked me to outline my condition and what I was hoping to achieve medically. He then went on to explain the next step in the application process and provided some insight into the various treatments that would be offered at West Virginia dispensaries.
