Typical ihop with 0retty good crepes and pancakes, eggs benedict was a little lacking. The staff were great and the place was clean.

We went for Sunday breakfast. The wait was ten minutes. Service was particularly slow and our food took a very long time to come out. The food itself was excellent and they have a new and wide menu. I got the Breakfast Crepes and my friend got their Chocolate Pancakes.

IHOP typically delivers on pancakes and this location was no different for our visit. I got a short stack with two scrambled eggs, sausage links, and an apple juice to wash it down. Everything tasted as it should. We visited the day after Christmas and there was about a 20-minute wait to get seated and service was a tad slow but that can be expected on a day when most people are off. Our server, JB I think, was very friendly and apologetic for the wait times.

Came here for my son's birthday breakfast today. We got in at 8:15am and it was just about empty inside, maybe another two patrons were already eating. Our drink order was immediately taken and the about five minutes later our order was taken. My son order a full stack of pancakes with a side of bacon and I order a combo meal that came with; two pancakes, eggs, sausage and hash browns. That's not a difficult order. We waited 20min only for our server to come out to give us extra napkins!!! Like how are you giving us extra napkins for food that we still didn't get yet. More people were coming in and they were waiting long as well. Around 9:00am my son asked me if we could just leave. We saw more employees coming in and 5 minutes later food began coming out to everyone. My son and I had somewhere else to be at 10am so we had to scarf our food down and quickly leave. We didn't even have enough time to finish our food because if we had stayed we would've been late to our appointment.. 50 minutes for pancakes from this place is absolutely unacceptable!! Pictures of what we ordered that took so long and what we actually had time to eat. Just a waste of time and our money.

Terrible service from the beginning when we arrived there was no one to seat us, when they were going to seat us it was awkward that the host asked the waiters if they wanted to serve us, and one of the other waitresses said no because I'm busy, then she I asked another and she didn't want it very well, the host took us to the table which wasn't even clean we had to wait for her to clean it, she cleaned it and said she was going for the cutlery, she never came back with the cutlery, after eating For a while the waitress went to our table to ask about the drinks, we ordered the drinks and along with the drinks we ordered a side of fries for the baby, the fries took more than 1 hour to come out, after a while we asked her about the fries She said she was going to check, it seemed like she had never ordered them, after that it took a while for the waitress to go back to the table, time passed, she came over and we ordered the food, there were 6 different dishes, supposedly she was writing down the entire order after waiting more It took 2 hours for the food to come out when in reality they weren't busy there were hardly any people, many minutes passed, he brought us a side of strawberries, the baby was hungry and the potatoes never came out, then he brought us the order of potatoes, then he brought two more plates and the last one brought an omelette and the girl said if everything was fine, we told her that we were missing 3 more dishes that were 2 burritos and some crepes, she with a bad face turned around and left then she gave us the excuse that the kitchen I was stuck when I never actually placed the order, she approached the table again and said that the burritos bowl would be out in a few minutes when we never ordered a burrito bowl, it was a regular burrito she again acted rude and aggressive, you talk to her and tell her We said that we didn't want anything anymore. He was a person with a bad attitude and he doesn't know how to serve customers. I'm a waitress and I really know how to be nice to people and when I know that I was wrong, I accept it and apologize. I hope you have a talk with She is not a way of treating clients, believe me I know the job of a waitress, she does not have the charisma to be one, finally we asked for the check, it took her more than 20 minutes to bring it, we got up from the table and she gave us dirty looks, then she gave us the check, which by the way was the wrong one, I went to her and told her that this was not my check, it was more than 100 dollars, she with the same rude attitude revoked the ticket and gave me the correct one after that I tried to be nice but no It seemed to me her behavior, she began to secrete herself with another waitress when in reality that is wrong and she must accept her mistakes, VERY BAD SERVICE I HOPE THEY GET BETTER

Sometimes as actors we have long days on set this particular day was no different. After driving back from New York I was deciding several different places to go eat and finally we decided on ihop and glad we did. The food was delicious the atmosphere was. Decent I like a little more privacy but it wasn't too bad. Service was good as well.

4 on food cause the serving of egg was so small for the child's portion picture taken after she ate 2 bites of eggs. But other then that she loved it. And we are always happy to come in and eat and we went on a Saturday 6pm and wasn't busy. We were the only family there till we about left.

I came in this ihop last week and didn’t have a great experience but I stopped in today and speed of service was on point. Everybody seemed busy and we got our food fast. Host was friendly and welcoming. Something has changed there and hope they keep it up!! We will be back!

Terrible!!! Terrible!!! Terrible!!! The waiter was rushing us to tell him the order and wasn’t listening. Young man with locks in his hair. My boyfriend and I wanted the food in a certain way and it wasn’t done. We had to send it back. Once he came with the food, if I didn’t move he wouldn’t smacked in my face with the knife on the plate. Didn’t say excuse me nor knowledge the incident. Also I the beginning we asked for plastic utensils and he never came to table to give to us. Once the order was fixed another gave us the food just tossed the plates on the table, like it was I inconvenience to bring the food to us. I asked decaf coffee but was given regular coffee. I was so unhappy I didn’t say anything else to him. I grab the check and went to the cashier and she said the waiters had to cash me out. I explain to her what happened and she was kind enough to get the manager and came back and cash me out. She said the manager name was Ashley, but a man came instead unless his name was Ashley. He need to go back to customer service training. He approach the counter his whole demeanor was already form to an attitude. All he said was “what’s up”… wait what? “What’s up”?!? At that point I dismissed him and said no thank you don’t need a manager. Now I know where the workers get the bad attitude and poor service is from management. The most rude and ignorant IHOP I ever been. The greeter was pleasant and the young lady that cashed me out was also sweet heart and had manners. Never Never Never again. Oh it is dirty when you walk in. I gave them a chance and exactly what floors looks like is how their service their customers… like dirt. PLEASE DONT GO THERE… RUN!!!

Took my granddaughter for breakfast (12:00) , gave my name, 45 minutes later, had only seen 1 party called. When Inquired what was going on , was told , they were so backed up with takeout orders, they stopped seating. Even people that were seated before we got there had not been served yet. I would have left and never put my name in. Are they changing to a take out only restaurant? Neither of us had eating yet and she was very Hangry. We did leave.

My kids loooooveee it here the staff is really friendly and the food is really good , if there is a problem they fix it quick , love it!!!!
