The staff are excellent in their attitudes about the patients and wanting to help.I did notice that there was a lot of staff turnover but I don’t believe that affected me. In my case however, the treatment plan for my pinched nerve and bad knees were completely unsuccessful. I actually feel worse than when I started there. I discontinued my treatments with a few remaining because I kept feeling worse as the treatments progressed. Now I am under the care of a neurologist with spinal surgery imminent.

I his place was wonderful the only reason I’m leaving a 3 star is they don’t take my insurance. But the treatment worked. They gave me a bill for 4k for six months like WHAT!!! I honestly feel like a lot of places have lost empathy for their clients/patients. I mean work with people don’t just say I’m sorry we don’t take your insurance, here is the treatment cost and when I seen it I was like shut the front door I ain’t got that kinda money to be paying out of pocket. Like I said great service but not even a call to check on me after I told them I couldn’t afford to come back. Lack of Empathy unfortunately.

I had a 60min massage scheduled for the first time ever. Robin was phenomenal. Sense of humor but made me feel right at home and super comfortable. She was so sweet and so genuine. I could tell the love/passion she had for her job, and not just there because she had to be there. I highly recommend her. Will definitely be back!

I have been dealing with a lower back issue for over 3 years. I had been seeing a chiropractor for the past 3 years and would go through periods of feeling good, but never to the point of not having pain. I was recommended to Infinite Wellness by a Physical Therapist. I was really impressed with the staff and how they listened to me, and my problems. After having a my x rays taken, the medical staff came up with a treatment plan. They recommended Prolozone therapy, which was not cheap, as well as adjustments, decompression and home exercises. I have now been through 20 + adjustments and 2 Prolozone injections. This is the best my lower back has felt in years! Thank you Infinite Wellness and staff for all you have done to give me back my life of being active and enjoying activities without the fear of getting hurt again or regressing!

I must say, I didn't expect a lot with a $35 coupon. What I didn't expect from the chiropractor was for him to tell me wearing a mask was useless. I explained with me having Covid 3 times, I will take my chances. He gave me a speech on why surgeons wear mask. (Something different i learned in nursing school). Also him saying "You taking the vaccine increased your chances of getting Covid" didn't make me feel comfortable. Since no one in the office is wearing masks and numbers are going up, I'm glad I had on my mask. I think my final straw was he told me "Dr Fauci is a quack and a fraud!" Since I'm a registered nurse, I'll take his advice with a grain of salt. I also wasn't expecting a $1500 sticker price for my treatment. This is definitely a one and done for this office. Our son had success with a different chiropractor's office. I will be looking him up.

I purchased a Groupon for a massage from this establishment. A 60 minute massage. I was in the building for less than 55 minutes and in the room for less than 50 minutes. The room was really cold, and the music was very loud both in the room and outside the room. I would not go back!

Had a massage with David today. He did an excellent job! Great massage. My only complaint was that it was only 45 min when the massage was advertised as an hour. I was on time for the appointment. Other than this I highly recommend David.

Just started my PRP and Prolozone therapies for my knee. 1st injection was seamless. They staff has been very welcoming and are very knowledgeable. I'm expecting nothing but greatness forward.
