We’ve been here since July and have had none of the issues previously mentioned in the reviews. No water cutoffs, no electricity issues, and def not any roaches. The new manager Heather and the staff are always polite, honest, and helpful. They take your issues seriously. Also, my kids are very comfortable here. They love the pool and the grounds. They love to visit the office and see Mrs. Heather who always has a hug and a snack for them. We would def choose living here again. We have bar b ques in the pavilion and have friends over. My neighbors and I look out for each other and our vehicles and we’ve never had issues with the parking lot. Garbage pickup is convenient and well maintained.

Heather & David are very Loving and helpful. Made it quick and easy to get our new home. I’m glad I am in the right hands and will be taken care of. There was so much stress on us and she made it so easy and it felt like there was so much weight lifted off our shoulders. So excited for my new home.

I lived here for 4 years, and I did not find it to be as terrible as some have posted. The staff have always been pleasant to deal with, however, they are slow to complete work orders and I often had to call again to get something done. There are water shutoffs at least 4-5 times a month, but these were never a bother to me as most were during the day and I was not there at those times. Toward the end of my stay the staff did start to have issues. I originally called to give my 60 days notice a week before the 60 days so there would be plenty of time. Apparently the individual I spoke with forgot or simply did not put in the notice and I received and email a few weeks before I was scheduled to move out saying I had not given any notice and my lease was set to expire. When I called and explained the office worker sent the email immediately. That afternoon I received an email stating that I was being charged beyond my lease and an additional fee because I had not given proper notice. When I called I was told there was nothing that could be done. Once I had moved out my deposit was refunded to my total owed on the 1st and when I went to pay saw I owed nothing. I called to verify and was told the amount was sent to collections, I had never missed a payment and was furious. Overall things were not too bad until the end.

I love love this place. The manager is so pleasant and very Respectful, Shadow Hawk Apartments is the place to Live at. It's clean and quiet, and my neighbors are pleasant as well. So if your need if a quiet place to live come in over to the Shadow hawks apartments.

The front office staff are good people.. They want to make sure that we are taken care of in every way.. If there is ever a problem I know to go see them and they will help me out.

The new property manager is caring and has done great things to make our home a better one! She has been a God send!
