I went to another skin center to have a skin tag on my face looked at to be removed and they gave me two option. Cut it out or shave it down. It also was fairly expensive. I came to med spa for a second opinion and they used a laser to remove it a week and a half later it looks like it was never there and it cost 3 times LESS than what the other skin center wanted to charge. Highly recommend this place they have amazing results at a fair price. Very happy with non invasive procedure. All employees were super nice, happy, and friendly also.

I highly recommend this office. I had laser treatments done for the removal of a cherry angioma on my face. I am extremely happy with the results. I now have the confidence to go about my day without having to cover it up with makeup. Brianna and Christina are so sweet and make you feel very comfortable. I have had facials and now in the midst of Morpheus8 treatments. All three Estheticians have been very nice and courteous. Kaylee did my facial and Christina, and Brianna Morpheus8. They have made my experience a great one. I highly recommend MedSpa Pittsburgh in Monroeville to anyone considering Facial or body treatments.

I had a few cherry angiomas removed and the results are perfect. You can't tell they were ever there. My only regret is that I wish I'd done it sooner. I will definitely be booking future services

Received a hydra facial as a gift for my bday recently. Amaya checked me in and also did the facial. She was SO nice and welcoming! Made me feel like I’ve been there before. She explained every step of the facial and the products she was using and recommended. Overall- their suite is beautiful, clean, and relaxing!!

Everyone is super kind and very knowledgeable! Brianna is always so happy & helpful when I arrive. My skin looks so much better thanks to Christina and the laser genesis. She did such an amazing job! She is very personable, knowledgeable and want you to look your best! I would recommend laser genesis and laser hair removal with Christina! Thank you for making me look and feel younger!!

I had an appointment today at Med Spa PGH with Nikki to get Botox! She was very educational and helping me decide what I want/needed. Also her staff was very welcoming as soon as i walked through the door! I will be back in 3 months!

You will leave here feeling good and looking amazing. Every treatment was always just what I wanted…a perfect result. Also, Amaya in the front office is very welcoming and kind. I have been very impressed with the care and professionalism of the staff. After just a few laser hair treatments I'm already seeing a big difference! I’m updating my review because I noticed that my Botox was wearing off very quickly, and when I went to Pittsburgh Medspa, I remember saying to the woman that did my treatment is that all.? and she said yes, as she tried to distract me by asking me questions and telling me about other treatments they offered and as I mentioned above, I started to notice my Botox was wearing off really fast. I’ve been getting Botox for a very long time it’s just not possible that 70 units should be wearing off this quick it’s only been two months since I got my Botox and I’m pretty sure they scammed me. They charged me $700 which included 60 units of Botox and a new customer discount that they had listed on their website that if you bought 60 units of Botox you got 10 free which equals 70 units of Botox and I do not believe that they gave me 70 units. I feel like they gave me however many units they felt like giving me and just charged me for 70 units that I did not receive you cannot convince me otherwise because I’ve been receiving Botox for a very long time and there’s just no way that 70 units wears off that fast. So unfortunately, I learned my lesson the hard way that you can’t trust this med spa and I have to go and get another 70 units when I just got it two months ago because they chose to charge me the money and not give me the correct amount of units that I paid for. It’s a shame that people are so disgusting & greedy what a twisted world we live in. I’m going to look into legal matters & see what can be done because this is honestly sickening.
