I really like the water park with entertainment and a spa area, as well as the sports pool! I recommend to everyone!

The swimming pool is good but the location is a bit far. It takes from the center to it 25-30 minutes walking. There is a bus of course

We spent a lovely day in the bathroom. Price-performance ratio was okay. The interior was very nicely done for young and old. The beeper you get to pick up your order from the bistro is a great idea. It was clean. The ban on bathing shoes and the strict dressing rule were annoying. The photo ban too. The outside area could be renovated. All in all okay.

We booked the tickets online and I admit that entry was very quick and easy. On the other hand, the cabins and lockers are another story. The cabinets are dirty and overloaded, the lockers are defective and when we ask the staff for help I have the impression that we are disturbing them. Afterwards the water park is in good condition but I think that the maximum capacity was largely reached and the incivility of the people will never change. Even with a 2 year old baby people push, scream,… In short, not bad but not exceptional either.

Overcrowded swimming pool, DISGUSTING changing rooms! Dirty locker rooms are a recurring problem given the comments, and yet nothing is put in place to remedy it!

My daughter (2years old) always has fun there. And since they made new improvements and added 2 slides for grownups (or children 8 year and up i believe) and an extra kids/baby pool with water toys, the place is fully packed during school brake. It is fairly clean since they made all of the above improvements, they actually cleaned the place up. The only downside is that the changing booths are extremely small and people are "fighting" over the "family designated booths" (because there are only 2 or 3) due to the fact that they are a bit larger and you have 2 benches inside instead of one. Thank God for the Pull-up Diapers, because i got to one of the larger booths only once in 2 years i've been going there. LOL All in all, it is a fun place for kids when there is a typical rainy Belgian weather outside! I recommend it.

Great fun. The slides are totally worth it. Just make sure to check the times the slides are open as they are not open all day long

Best Piscine around. My daughter and I had a nice time at this swimming pool. They have the wellbeing area for Sauna etc.

Nice pool with kids. Good play areas and huge swimming pool. Multiple different water depths. Currently upgrading to add a few waterslides.

Terrible online reservation system that doesn’t tell you when the pool is full! Looks pleasant but the administration is chaotic.

It was too Crowded and no respect in Place like Sauna, Hamas..people are talking loudly and too much not enough place e in Zakuzi so over all too noisy place in Holiday time to go...

Been a while since I've been swimming here, but it's just as I remember. Very clean, a good locker system and a nice clean, big pool.

Place to be if you want to swim around Mons. Multiple swimming pool connected. Indoor and outdoor. Affordable. When 25 degree and plus, expect long queue: yes they all have the same idea than you that day.

Really good slides with great facilities lovely lifeguards and very short queues. It is very nice and warm. I visit here with my family almost every couple of months when I'm visiting from Ireland to see my dad who works in Mons.

I went to the lago swimming pool on Sunday March 17, 2024, in the large swimming pool, I felt a sort of stinging, since then I have caught a rash with a huge itching and it is growing, I thought it would pass but it continues to grow, I only have an appointment this Thursday 28th with the doctor... On the other hand, very dirty cabin on the floor upon arrival, black dirt everywhere on the floor, with my pregnant daughter, on the way out we tried the office for disabled people but the floor was as dirty as in the others.

This Wednesday, March 6, 2024, 6 of us went to the Mons swimming pool with my family. Pitiful! At 15 euros entry per person, we consider that we have been robbed!! After 30 minutes without having a changing room, no way to change the baby in a cabin, we were forced to change in the toilets! The lockers were almost all defective! The unsanitary floor, BLACK WITH DIRT!!! The swimming pool was overloaded compared to its capacity, we were on top of each other in the water, great respect for hygiene and safety! Half of the showers were cold, with no flow or out of service, so no way to wash! The toilets: flooded with excrement! And the slide buoys were deflated, not to mention the 30-minute wait for the overloaded slides, prone to accidents. In short, negative reviews have been posted about the pool for months and nothing has been put in place. My family and I strongly recommend the Mons swimming pool, which will take your money and your dignity out of the water! Next time we'll do better to swim in the canal.

We went to the swimming pool this Friday March 8 in the morning. One adult, 2 children. Pool overcrowded in the fun part, people against each other, slides crowded, finally we went to the swimming part, where too bad the bottom of the children's pool was set at 70 cm really too little, even for a child of 6 years. most of the lockers are defective, too few cabins available for visitors, half of the showers are out of service, the other half are cold water. Hair dryer broken. The pool was full, but they accept too many people.

Deplorable quality... no more gauges therefore an incalculable number of people present... Missing locker doors, unusable showers, dirty and unmaintained places, non-functional hair dryers and so on….. Place to flee immediately
