You can’t go in with a bag. I’ll go elsewhere. Went back today to use some ecoCheques. Not sure why I bothered. It’s like a building site and they should just close for the renovations. The item we looked at said ecoCheques were accepted but it turned out not to be the case. Guess they can’t afford to print new signs. Management could do much better here. Also the person I went with had a back pack this time. I guess rules are not always rules.

Whenever I come to buy something, there is none on the stock although I've previously checked the stock on their web shop. Basically, the staff doesn't speak English or they speak it very little. There is a parking lot just in front of the store.

Either online or in store I can find good offers. Asking about offers to the staff always helps, although we missed the offer for one day the manager helped us to get the discount. I find the customer service good and they always solve my problems.

We came there to buy Samsung TV but finally we bought Sony. The black guy from Sony was very helpful, he explained the pros and cons of both TVs and told us many andvantages of Sony. He did his job perfectly so we made a deal and we bought Sony TV. Shop is ready to make invoices because of VAT exemptions so it is great place and I will come again...
