    This location is the absolute worst on night shift and early morning shift. The manager is plain rude and disrespectful. When you walk into the restaurant no one greets you or ask if you can be helped. They just ignore you and act like your not even there. It’s absolutely pathetic. Someone needs to fire that manager and do some training in the communication department. I will say that not all of them are this bad. There are a few people who work there that actually do greet you and try to help you before the manager sees them and immediately tells them to pick up the trash or something ridiculous like that. Anyways I do doordash for extra cash and I absolutely hate taking any orders from this store. Rude. Disrespectful. Lazy. Slow. Careless. Poorly managed.

    Served me raw meat! I got to work hoping to eat lunch and took a bite into it and this is what I got. Extremely dissatisfied.on top of forgetting fries and basically the sauces is asked for. This is unacceptable. Lazy cooking. Could get someone sick and ask for a lawsuit.

    Very bad attention in the night shift, at the beginning they tell you that you have to wait 30 minutes, and they treat you very badly. god they're tired of that job that they quit ego that they make us have a terrible experience when buying something to feed us.

    Just left your drive thru and went to my hotel 400 ft away ( super 8) and open my food (number one supersized with tea) and the food is ice cold and my super fry was only half full and bun hard as a rock. I work in fast food management and that was a horrible experience Your employees are rude as all get out. Whom ever your night manager is on 4th of July needs to be retrained on customer service and making sure a quality product goes out that drive thru window. Do Better

    I go to a lot of your restaurants. Attitude of your employees can really help me get through the driving that I do. At this restaurant JEROME on the intercom is a STRONG Example of how positive an employee of yours can be. ... Additionally, HEATHER, who brought my fresh coffee out to me, was absolutely just as upbeat and uplifting on the day. Whoever does the hiring here...Thank You for caring to put people like Heather and Jerome as your rep to the public! This review was also posted to McdVoice

    Went through the drive through late. And was a horrible mistake. Took forever ( I was the only one in the driveththru). And I got cold fries, hamburger was smashed and not only did I also get cold chicken nuggets , they only gave me 7 instead of 10. I'll take a slow whataburger at night over over a faster mcdonalds that can't count to 10.

    Too many mistakes on your order going through the drive thru! Extremely annoying and happens too often. Most staff members are rude. Horrible management in my opinion. They tend to overfill the bags making it hard to check for order mistakes. Can't stand going there, but I refuse to stop Micky D's because of this locations unprofessional bad service.

    I would give a zero if I could. Dry old meat. Asked for extra sauce. Then tried to get it fixed and they made me drive back to my house and bring it back to show them. I had 3 bites and they accused me of eating half. Wouldn't give a refund. Scared to eat the remake. Maybe they spit in it.

    Every good review I see here it's a lie. The staff at this location are nothing but a bunch of lazy people including the manager. I was the only person on drive thru and they still made me wait for my drinks and took 10 minutes till I decided to go in and get my money back because I running late. I go in and there they are the manager talking away and I go up to them and ask for my money and she hands me my frappes. They were purposely making me wait for my drinks they were already made and they purposely keeping me waiting. Next time I won't be so nice to those lazy people cuz that's what they are the LAZY.

    We placed an order using the app. When we came to pick it up the restaurant had no carbonation, would not refund our money, and claimed they could not cancel the order.

    I wish they had a 1/4 star bc honestly terrible. I never have written a review on any type of place ever in my life. I just want people to know please don’t waste your time or money!!! I was letting waiting 20min in drive thru, had to go inside to get my food, and served with terrible attitude and employees ignoring me. I even asked if he heard me and that’s the only thing he responded to and with a yes then went back ab his business. Once I got my food half my fries were literally empty and my nuggets were soggy. Please corporate help your brand bc that store is NOT!

    I often can't find where the drinking straws are. Here they are in place. The restrooms are quite tidy. The service is good.

    12.2.22 8pm Tire of driving, stop at McDonald's hopping to get a quick coffee on mobile order over drive tru, waiting on the speaker and never attended, pull up to the window and old depressive white granny mad at the window trying to sending me back to the speaker I said just push the bottom and give me my coffee, she refused to do it and send me to the next window, another one granny asking me to pay for my order already paid saying I don't know nothing about the mobile orders with Karen mod, I try to explain how do that works but she just don't give a nut, and fin an Asian girl came and take care of that mess, but this place is a total mess from A to Z, really disappointed with this depressive workers at there, so far the first and only one with workers refusing to serve an easy task

    Took for ever to bring out food tried to be patient but they literally took 30 minutes for two things that’s it! Had to get off go inside and ask when it would be out no one was giving answers and looked confused because they “forgot” about the order ! Wasted time and money! Should have just gotten a refund!

    They will forget many things all the time. If someone orders a sausage biscuit without cheese that should raise a flag. They should think, let me double check to make sure customer doesn't want cheese on this. So no cheese on my sausage biscuit again. I'll have to hold up the line from now on and make sure everything is correct before I drive away.

    Went through the drive thru. The attendant seemed very distracted. I had to repeat my order and correct the attendant at least 4 times. Also, it was not a busy time. Very few customers present but I had to sit at the pickup window about 20 minutes before receiving my order. Service was very unsatisfactory.

    Your drive-thru service is the worst. They take 3 or 4 orders before they will even take any from the other line. Called to talk to a manager a the person that couldn't hardly speak english said they were busy then hung up on me. Tried to call again and they wouldn't answer. I gave them one star cause it doesn't have -5. .. the one star is even too many. It happens alot

    Never have the right order, never have common decency to be polite. Understand when your hungry you have to eat but at least hire some well mannered staff members.

    Went to the counter and was completely ignored. Employees were laughing and joking around, meanwhile ignoring the fact there was customers ready to order. After standing there for about 10 minutes, we walked right out the door!! At one point we thought we would getting waited on, but no employee was just getting some ketchup! Employees looked at us like we were invisible. Guess laughing and joking around was more important than doing their job. Called the number to complain, still waiting on a call back. Will never go in to that McDs again! EVER!

    The night crew is laid back and easier to work with . Customers are somewhat wild at times, during those hours. But all in all its pretty nice place to work.
