    This is more a rating for the online service, which is about the worst ever. My order was noted as fulfilled, I went to the store and got an email notification that my order had been refunded. I quickly learned that is was because a piece of my order was missing. The transaction disappeared from my credit card statement and then reappeared. Luckily the store manager was extremely helpful by doing her own investigations. In the end everything was resolved but it was just an unnecessary headache.

Bravo mademoiselle. C’était les premières et les dernières fois chez Bouclair. C’est malheureusement la seule place où on a trouvé nos stores alternés modernes. Vous m’avez perdu comme client et je vous ai fait de la mauvaise publicité à ma famille et à mes amis.

    Instore service was awful. My husband and I were the only ones in the store and the employees followed us the entire time being pushy, trying to make a sale. Then two of them started chatting together and when I finally needed help they looked annoyed. They couldn't find the item we were looking for. They offered to order it for us but the girl was so rude that we left. I later ordered the item online which was also awful aswell. There have been so many delays and I never get updates on what going on. I keep having to contact customer service and all they say is that its coming soon.
