[UPDATE
July
2022]
After
a
first
experience
that
was
disappointing,
I
came
back
a
second
time
with
a
female
therapist
that
specialized
in
deep
tissue
massage.
She
is
a
pro.
The
massage
was
really
amazing
:
but
you
gotta
be
able
to
handle
pain
because
this
is
a
real
deep
tissue
where
tensions
will
be
addressed
with
little
oil
and
cupping!
It
felt
amazing
with
all
the
endorphines
kicking
in.
The
massages
are
done
over
a
beautician
table
on
which
they
add
a
foam
mattress
that's
not
large
enough
to
hold
your
arms.
Massage
therapist
has
to
tuck
them
in
so
they
don't
fall
off
the
table.
All
in
all
:
amazing
massage
with
expert
technique.
but
they
need
to
invest
in
better
tables.
Reception
staff
is
very
welcoming
and
professional.
[Review
of
first
experience]
Massage
table
was
neither
long
or
large
enough
even
though
I'm
only
6'2
and
190
lbs.
Had
to
hold
my
arms
the
entire
time
so
not
relaxing.
Massage
therapist
was
right
out
of
school
so
his
techniques
showed
hesitancy.
At
173$
(tx
included)
for
a
80
minute
massage,
it
felt
like
a
ripoff.
Emailed
management
about
the
bad
experience
and
they
didn't
bother
checking
in.
So,
yeah,
very
disappointing
experience
considering
Amerispa
is
a
very
luxurious
brand.
