Very disappointed with how poorly the place handled my attempt to reschedule an appointment. Today I was scheduled for a facial but woke up terribly sick and with fever. To not endanger the team at the spa, I tried to reach out and postpone the appointment. Their email does not work. They did not pick up the phone after 3 (!!) calls. The voice message left was explicitly saying the unfortunate reason of having to postpone to the next week. I asked for understanding. I also was hoping they will not charge the cancellation fee. However, in the end, nobody called me back, nobody helped me to reschedule and I was charged $50. Not going to use that place again. Do not recommend.

I had a back facial done. Francesca was very polite and professional. She is very good at massage. I was put at so ease that while she was doing the treatment, I fell asleep. I napped like a baby. I would definitely recommend.

I had the deep cleanse facial provided by Andrea. She was really nice, had good energy and also knowledgeable. I felt like I was in good hands. To top it off, she gave me skincare tips that I could apply in my daily routine. I left with my skin feeling clean and glowing so I was highly satisfied with the service. The receptionist was nice too.

Beautiful experience! Have completed 6 sessions of laser hair removal treatments so far & I am quite impressed with the results. Moreover, the staff made me super comfortable throughout my sessions. The front desk staff has been super polite & accommodating each time. 100% recommended New Age Spa!

Finished my laser hair removal journey at new age spa (9 sessions, full body) and I literally have nothing bad to say. - Spa is super clean - All staff is super sweet - It’s just a few blocks from metro Charlevoix - The price for full body was pretty good in my opinion. ($450/session, about $500-550 including tax and maybe tip) Francesca did my laser, made me feel super comfortable and gave me results I’m very satisfied with. She even took the time to write down the laser settings for me in case I ever go to another salon for touch-ups (I moved out of province). 🩷 I also did 1 facial a while back and it was nice!

KRYSTYNA is the absolute best! I got a facial with her and my skins never been this great! I highly recommend this place, it’s SO clean, the staff is so welcoming & they really take their time in assessing which type of treatment is best suitable for you. I’ll definitely be back! 10/10 recommend!

Best spot for laser hair removal ! Chyanne does my treatments and it's always been a pleasure (as terrifying getting this treatment may sound). She makes you feel comfortable and I've been seeing results faster than I expected. Everyone working there is nice as well and welcoming. Couldn't recommend more

Really nice place! The welcome was warm! I did micro needling and was a little nervous but Devon fantastic and really made me feel comfortable and gave me all the information I needed and for aftercare too! Highly recommended!

I got my laser hair removal with Chyanne, and she’s literally so sweet and professional🥰. The spa is very clean, and the girls at the front desk are also very lovely. Overall I loved my experience there and I’ll definitely recommend this spa to everyone.

I've had a few session for laser light hair removal here with Chyanne and she's always provided an excellent service, friendly, knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. She is very professional and always looking out for my comfort which really helps with a treatment that can be slightly painful.

Always have a great experience at this clinic 😊 All staff I have met so far are very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. They’re never pushy and extremely professional. Appointments must be booked much in advance, otherwise they can be hard to find. Francesca makes me feel very comfortable during treatments, and I always feel like I’m in good hands coming here!

I went into doing laser treatment with no knowledge and I was honestly very nervous and scared, but Chyanne was so sweet and informative that it made the whole experience very enjoyable! I have had two sessions with her so far and I always look forward to them because she genuinely wants you to have the best experience while you’re there. She listens to any concerns you may have and always has a positive attitude :) I definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to get laser done! I have been here for 4 laser hair removal sessions so far and I have to say that without a doubt I've received some of the best customer service I've ever experience. The spa is beautiful and clean which is very important to me. All of the staff is friendly and very approachable while still remaining professional. I've had Francesca administer most of my laser treatments and she's great. Very knowledgeable and attentive. I'll be looking into other treatments at this spa in the future and I'd recommend this place to any of my friends

I had three sessions micro-needling so far with Francesca in NewAgeSpa. Although the treatment is not completed yet, my skin is incredible! I can't believe the result!! Also, Francesca is wonderful. She is a master in her work and she is super patient. I usually have many questions about my skin and she answers patiently with all details. I am super happy with my micro-needling results and I have more self-confidence to go out with no make-up!

The New Age Spa facility was very clean and the staff I dealt with were all very welcoming. I had a consultation with Devon and she was amazing. She is very knowledgeable about skin care, products, treatments, and explained everything to me clearly. I could see her passion for what she does and truly felt she was advising me on what is best for my specific needs. I look forward to my upcoming treatment appointment with Devon.
