This is the first time I have been to a dental clinic and experienced such great services. Especially dentist Anh Tuan Nguyen he is very friendly and professional, this dental center is really big and the equipment are very modern and extremely clean I think the cleaning staff here have worked very hard to keep for everything to be such a 5 star standard. I am very satisfied with my trip and I will definitely choose this place as a place to check our family's oral health for the next time.

I had a gum graft several days ago and needed an emergency consult because I was pretty sure I had an infection (I am not a dentist but I am a nurse). The dental hygienist asked me to the office and told me they were going to take x-rays and possibly panoramic of my teeth. I was surprised because I came in for an infection and the dentist haven’t even looked at my mouth yet and they were prescribing these tests that did not make sense and were going to cost a lot of money. I told the hygienist that it didn’t make sense and I would prefer to see the dentist first as I was more expecting an antibiotic prescription. I’m the end that’s what happened. The dentist showed up, checked inside my mouth (swollen gums and wound) and prescribed me an antibiotic and there was no need for x-rays….. I just really hate places that take advantage of people that lack medical knowledge. I gave it 3 stars because I was very desperate and they saw me the day off and I ended up getting what I came for.The dentist seemed like a knowledgeable man. The service was not great and overall I felt like the employees there didn’t really care. Answer to the owner: Please don’t blame your dental assistant, she cannot order x-rays, she was clearly following the dentist’s orders. She even told me herself that this is what the dentist asked for. As the owner ensure that your dentists assess or at least talk to their patients before ordering tests. As for you taking me in on a Sunday, I just want you to know that you are not the only clinic that was open. Yours simply happened to be open the earliest.

They make you feel comfortable from the get go. And their professionalism are off the charts. From the dental secretary to the dental assistant and the dentist. Everything went smoothly. Even though there was a mistake when it comes to what had been sent to my insurance they made sure to take care of it to rectify the error and to contact me later in the week to finalize the details.

My closest friend almost died after just one visit to this clinic. In April 2023, she suddenly broke a tooth and this clinic accepted her within three hours. That was the only positive thing. Dr. Anh Tuan Nguyen who by the way is the head of the clinic said she needed a crown, he made it on the spot. But he crown was installed incorrectly - the way it was tilted was unsightly. Dr. Nguyen said he would fix it a few days later. Dr. Nguyen never made the final image of the tooth. So he never noticed that the cement from the root canal had been crushed and penetrated into the gum tissue. He also didn't notice that he had pushed A LOT of air under his patient's skin through the root canal. Fortunately, being an intensive care nurse herself, my friend quickly realized she was in trouble. She mentioned to the doctor that she was feeling subcutaneous emphysema all over the left side of her face and neck. If you Google this, you will see that it is a potentially FATAL condition. The doctor just prescribed antibiotics and never even examined her. The same evening, my friend was hospitalized because her condition was rapidly deteriorating. She spent a night in a reanimation room and an additional day in a medical unit. Dr. Anh Tuan Nguyen never admitted his unprofessional behavior, he repeated “I am responsible for the means and NOT THE RESULT”. Unfortunately, the result was not good at all. Later, another dentist spent three (3) hours removing all the broken cement. I'm not even talking about how long it took to get the air out from under the skin and the post-traumatic stress my friend still feels. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone. Take care of your loved ones.

I was very happy with the emergency visit Sunday. I was so much in pain before the visit. But it was such a relief when I got a message early Sunday morning to know that I had an appointment that same morning. The staff was excellent and the dentist took good care of my painful situation. Thank you so much :)

I am extremely nervous about dentist appointments. Dr. Miron Explained the whole process of my root canal, it made me relaxed. Very attentive and friendly. Didn’t feel any pain and explained the “what ifs” and what to do. Encouraged me to call back if there was a problem or pain, he would prescribe antibiotics. Dr. Pierre-Olivier Miron and his assistant work well together. Dr. Miron explained step by step and eased my worry. No pain! Thank you for fixing my tooth and making me comfortable.

Wow! Super impressed by all aspects of this clinic. Had an emergency for my son just before Christmas weekend and was able to get an appointment 40 min later after we called. The facility looks great and everyone is very friendly and professional, from receptionist to dentist! We were in and out (tooth removal) in no more than 30 minutes, wow, wow, wow! Highly recommended!

I was on a visit from Alberta and had an emergency. Called and they got me in right away. The clinic is amazing and the staff are so nice and professional. I would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist to go and visit. My family is gonna start using them Alex Girard
