My wife and I have been staying in appartments Dorchester for the last year. The management team is great ( special thanks to Adil for being accommodating of a lot of our ad hoc requests). The best thing about most of their apartments are is that almost everything is covered. But a major factor for us is their maintenance staff who respond to any issues super fast!

About Appartements Dorchester— Right from the process of signing the lease and settling down (where Adil helped with all the paperwork). It has been a great experience. The location is 10/10 with great ambience and everything is nearby right from the bus stop, metro, grocery stores, cafes etc. Also, it’s just 6-8 minutes walk to Concordia University so it’s great for Concordia students. Plus, the bus that goes to the airport can be taken in a 2-minute walk. The building has all the amenities: Gym, swimming pool, on-site laundry, and study room. All the areas are kept clean. There is 24/7 security who collect all your packages and keep them safe. Very friendly staff. Downtown areas are on the expensive side so yes, the rent is higher but since everything is included. It's a reasonable price for all the amenities that you get.

The rental process was fast. Security guard 24–7 ans the maintenance request was very efficient. I also really enjoyed their brand new gym.

I've been living here for more than a year. Management (special mention to Adil) is super responsive, and they always take care of any maintenance requests within 24 hours. The front desk team is great and always present to help, and with a smile, and the location is ideal.

Honestly amazing building. In the rare occasion that someone thing wrong happens in the apartment, it is almost instantly fixed/ dealt with. Adil our building manager is also extremely friendly and helpful. Love this building and all the staff

This is one of the best places to live with great, well-maintained, and clean amenities. Located only one block away from Concordia, making it a suitable place for students. Adil and the management team are always helpful and responsive, and the security staff are very friendly.

I used to live there and now I moved for personal reasons. But I still have to say The 1555 apartment is very good, clean and organized. Staffs are super friendly and efficient. Emailed Adil and Julie who works in rental office are able to get a response from them almost the same day, which is hardly seen in other apartments. They offered to update me new information without me even asking. The front desk staff are also very nice, they always smile and were very helpful when I was moving. Very good experience.

I've been residing in this rental unit for almost two years now, and I must say, the experience has been exceptionally pleasant and comfortable. Adil, the property manager, deserves a special mention for his helpful and collaborative approach. He's always ready to assist and effectively addresses any concerns. The building's management is commendable as well, maintaining order and cleanliness.

I've been living here for a year now. The gym is great, study rooms are available 24/7 and the staff are super friendly. Not to mention that it is located within downtown, for a reasonable price too! 10/10 recommend.

I spent a year here, building well located and very well maintained. A lot of effort has been put into the well-being of residents.
