UOttawa housing service is the most incompetent organization I have ever dealt with, perhaps even worse than UOttawa's notorious dining hall, which is saying something.

Worst service staff ever. Anyone could make there way upstairs! Not safe for anyone

Lived on the second floor. It was great because everyone on our floor interacted, floor and common area was always fairly clean too. Building is in the middle of campus so walking to class or dining hall was really easy. Definitely the best res at uOttawa in my opinion :)

Good for sleep only. You can walk to find restourants

Writing from the perspective of a tourist visiting with a friend for 3 nights in August. I had a great stay here. The rooms are basic but clean and spacious. There were 2 bath towels, a hand towel, a face cloth, a soap bar, little shampoo, shower gel, and lotion per person. Kitchen had a sink, microwave, and fridge. This is a 20 story building and we actually had a nice view. They did not let is check in before 4pm but were happy to store our bags. This is an affordable alternative to hotels and I will do it again next summer.

Lovely staff and clean room. Reason for the poor review is because of their mattresses. They are some of the most uncomfortable mattresses we have slept on, and it is honestly not worth it for your sleep and your back.

elevators only go to even numbered floors so good luck if you live on an odd numbered floor during move in and move out. there's no ac so you melt during the summer. the walls are absolutely paper thin so if you value a good sleep schedule say goodbye since the people yelling in the halls at 2 am will keep you up. sometimes the elevevators will just stop working, or will open their doors before coming to a complete stop. bring a mattress cover or you'll be sleeping on the hardest nastiest looking mattress.

Oh my god the residence staff are so insanely infuriating, more infuriating is how the residences work (so that part is really not the employees fault) Y’all they lost my keys the first day I got there, then on re-magnetization day messed it up three different times and then when they told me they were going to send someone to open my unit, they just, didn’t.... two hours to get into the apartment I pay to live in I stg

I don't understand why it costs $20 to for room opening when a student card is $28. 90U is such an ineffective service. Calling 90u is so useless becuase they hardly ever know what they are doing and are confused half of the time. After asking several people, I understand that I am not the only one that has had awful experiences with 90u Housing services. Uottawa needs to take action and make 90u housing services a more effective organization

my room (in 2021) was decent with some of my own tweaking but god awful building + parking lot staff 😭

DO NOT LIVE HERE. My apple watch was STOLEN from their housekeeper and they refuse to provide even an explanation.
