I will never do buisness here again. I made an online order (in advance) to pick up 6 mini cheesecakes as well as 6 vegan cheesecakes and a birthday banner. My order was supposed to be ready for 11. I called at 10:45 to make sure it was ready, of course it was not. I went over my order and was told "I will have to check with the chef to see if we have vegan ones". I said I'm confused since my order was supposed to be ready for 11...to which I was told we are overwhelmed with orders and that it should be ready by 12. Funny because when I got there I said I'm here for an online order and I wasn't asked for my name or anything. So I must have been the only order? Then I was only given half my order. Basically nothing was ready, even after calling. To top it all off I was then told they lost my birthday banner. I'm pretty sure they never made it. They did not even offer to make a new one, but instead was offered a generic happy birthday cake topper for free. The vegan cheesecakes seemed like they didn't have time to set as they were falling apart. I advise people to not order online because it's pointless and they really don't care or put any effort to correct any mistakes. I was really bummed out since it was for a 70th birthday. Don't get the Pina colada flavor of cheesecake it is quite disgusting. As are the vegan cheesecakes, they aren't sweet and actually taste sour. Sour is a great word to describe my experience with this place. Giant thumbs down

I am such a huge cheesecake lover so I expected more from this place and thought I'd be in love with it. However, the cheesecake all tasted the same. How is that possible? Anyway bland taste. They only look pretty. I've had better tasting cheesecake from the frozen section at Walmart.

Been wanting to go to this place since it opened, finally got the chance. Cheesecakes are a good portion, though they are a bit pricey. Place was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. I got the salted caramel latte and it was amazing, the cheesecakes aren’t overly sweet and has a nice tang to it. I wished they offered more chocolate variety, but the flavors do change daily. There's parking available in the back of the place but it's very limited. Definitely a place to check out, can't wait to go for my next visit.

I called LCB yesterday to order a cake in hope they had the one I wanted at the last minute. A lady answered and assured me that she still had one available and she could put it aside for me until i finish work. 5 minutes later, she calls me back apologizing since the cake stayed too long in the fridge and unfortunately went bad. Offered to make me a new one in the spot and asked what fruit i preferred on the top she was going to make me one on the spot. For me, that’s exceptional customer service. Not impressive for a place that specialize in Cheesecake. The Cheesecakes were very regular. The idea of serving small Cheesecake bites is good but the flavors just didn't cut it.

While driving with a friend, I found a delicious coffee shop on Google and went there! It was a friendly, delicious and pretty cafe! I left my wallet there... But they found it and took to my house. I was really appreciated. I want to go there once more with my friend!

I loved the cheesecakes. You get to taste different unique flavors. I will come back again.

Ordered this decadent Creamy Cannoli Cheesecake on line and was a great hit for my wife and son’s birthday. Everything was perfect. If you like cannoli, this is the one for you!

I tried the key lime cheesecake and it was delicious. I like to also sit and enjoy their coffee in a quaint vibe. They offer gluten-free alternatives which is a huge attraction for me. If you are going to a dinner party, bring this cheesecake. It’s mouthwatering. The best cheesecake in Laval.

They're obviously primarily known for their cheesecakes, and for a good reason! Probably the best cheesecake texture I've had, and the flavor is top notch as well. If you can't decide on which flavor to get, I'd definitely recommend getting a box of small sizes to sample. The different types of cake flavors are all very tasty, but kind of subtle. This might not be everybody's cup of tea, but we enjoyed that the flavors are more a complement to the cheesecake itself, rather than taking over the show!

Yum!!! Cheesecakes were amazing but I was disappointed when I bought a bag of oatmeal -chocolate cookies and they turned out to be oatmeal raisin. 😞 Super cute and cozy decor!! Can’t wait to go back for more!! 🥰

Totally worth the visit. Great variety of cheesecakes, all of which are amazing. Went with some friends and we all shared 6 cheesecakes, not a single one disappointed. Their coffees are fantastic; definitely recommend the Nutella cappuccino. The staff is also super nice, very informative, and incredibly helpful.

Probably the best cheese cake I have had. shows it's freshly made... Price slightly higher then others but worth the extra. Parking is in the back once you know where it is, not an issue

Beautiful place, we loved their Christmas decorations, it felt so cozy! The cashier was nice! We had the multigrain croissant and a Nutella one, very tasty and crunchy on the outside!! As a croissant should be ! My only disappointment is that they didn't have oat milk for my late so I ended up taking a regular black coffee! I will probably call next time and double-check if they have it, so I don't do the drive-in they don't! And one more thing is that I would've loved for the sugar, honey, and utensils to be more accessible without us having to ask for the basics.

Excellent little cafe/coffee shop in Old Saint Rose region of Laval. Coffee and dessert quality are excellent. Gave it a 4 star rather than 5 because it was a little cold in there even though we sat way in the back away from the front door.

Best. Cheesecake. EVER! I ordered online and went to pick it up for the first time. Parking is available at the back signage is clear. It’s a cute shop! Delicious treats on display. We will without a doubt come back again!!!

Drive down to this place if your on this side of town. The chef at Le Cheesecake bar puts so much effort into all his pastries and you can taste it. The cheesecake is incredibly rich, I’ve never tasted better, all ingredients used to make the cake are fresh. If you make a custom order, call in advance. They have mini cheesecakes, breakfast and other desserts ❤️

Very nice place for desserts and coffee you can also eat they have sandwiches,pizzas,and salads too. They have 30 varieties of mini cakes it’s so cool,even have some Italian pastries etc. Excellent service friendly staff! To the owner congratulations Keep up the good work.

This place used to be excellent. We’d drive from Montreal to pick up their cheesecake, but recently (last 5 times exactly), it’s been terrible to the extent that we were shy to have presented them at our gatherings. Everytime, we’d think it was that ‘one’ time. Not recommended. Service is always excellent and the people there are really kind though.

Service has gone downhill. I had ordered and paid for a cheesecake a week in advance under my name. The day I went in to pick it up, apparently they had given my order to someone else using my name and did not even ask for the simplest question like a phone number or they used that excuse because they forgot to make it. Even after the whole ordeal I wasn't offered a replacement but only a cake they made in under 10 minutes with no compensation. It seems they have no care for the customers product as long as there is a hand to take the order. The business seems very disorganized as this isn't the first time I've heard peoples orders going "missing". If you order from here make sure they note to verify that the persons picking up the order is you or authorized by you. Hopefully the customer service picks up. I can promise nobody will reach out to try and correct the situation.

Recommended by a friend. This place is absolutely amazing. The ambiance, fresh deserts, the coffee and the service ( Veronique) were all a 5 star. Wish they had one on the West Island. Will definitely return.

I'm big cheescake fan, I was so excited to visit the place because of all the pictures. The shop is cute but the cheesecakes are not great. I'm so disappointed 😞.

Who doesn't have a love affair with cheesecake?... Yeah, that's what we thought. The absolute genius of Le cheesecake bar is in their mini's. Sooooo many outstandings flavours - you don't need to pick just one! You can have 6! Or 12! Or 16!! It is hard to resist any of these very cheesy, thick, rich, fresh and delicious wide array of creative flavours.
