Very bad receptionists. Super unprofessional, don't seem like they want to work. Never pick up the phone. Answer your voicemail days later. Make you wait and then literally hang up on you. When you go there it's like they can't even smile. Always talking with a rude tone. Will be changing doctor just so I don't have to deal with these bad receptionists.

I love my family doctor here but the receptionists need some serious training in people skills! They ignore you, make you wait without even acknowledging you and are just downright rude. They should really do a better job of greeting the people in the clinic or at the very least make eye contact with them so that we know we are seen!

This whole office is ridiculous. No one calls you back. Im a stroke patient and cant even get a hold of my family doctor to renew pills let alone see her. If u need to rely on the receptionist there to do their job forget it. Their answering machine tells you someone will call you at the end of day thats a lie. U press 6 to get to lasalle clinic and it hangs up on u. Lasalle area needs to get new staff its not right leaving people with serious conditions just wait and never call. This is also NOT my first time experiencing this its like i have to go through hell and back in order to even see my doctor and yet nothing is done about this. Check your staff get new ones that actually care about people and not just their for a paycheck. If i can give a zero star i would.

Horrible customer service with the secretaries. Refuse to admit their own mistakes with appointments as they will still make you pay “cancellation or no show fees” even with proof of it not being my own mistake to why I missed an appointment. Give wrong dates.The text message confirmation sometimes doesn’t even come and if it does it will sometimes come on the day of 15 minutes before appointment.. too many times this happens. I only stay for the lovely doctors. The secretaries are rude, slow and arrogant.

The family doctors here are skilled and knowledgeable. Many negative reviews here are about punctuality (being late) but that has nothing to do with them and the clinic! I feel really blessed being able to have timely & quality health for my baby, when the current system is constantly short-staffed and plagued with problems!

This is the most disgusting customer service I've ever encountered! If I could put a 0 star rating I would. The receptionists are rude beyond belief and I got my appointment cancelled because she claimed I was late when in reality I was waiting in line for someone to serve me, which caused me to attempt the sign in later than my appointment time. She then advised me that the doctor couldn't see me anymore due to my supposed lateness and put a 30$ charge on my profile for appointment cancellation. I and beyond disgusted by this clinique and will NOT be paying a charge that was not my fault! I will be making a more severe complaint to higher power. It is unacceptable that I now have to wait an other 5 weeks before an appointment due to THEIR lack of customer service. I gave all the information I was supposed to give and they still managed to cancel my appointment and charge me for their lack of attention.

Not professional at all. Services from the receptionists are rude, loud and non professional. One doctor in particular is very incompetent, her name is Mozafarri, she is quite young, she needs to be a little bit human and humble. Of course, Quebec doesn’t have enough doctors but at least trained them, do something. She is playing a game by acting always busy to show her competence but she is way behind from being competent. Hopefully life will teach her a lesson. My advice to her is to keep her feet on the ground, listen to the patients and stop all the BS bla-bla-bla nonsense, thinking she knows all. Obviously, she still have a long way to go!

Friendly staff, fast service. We been to this clinic 2x and both time had different doctors. We had a male doctor the first time and he kept leaving the room to go get a second opinion or I don’t know. It makes you wonder if he’s just a graduate doctor. The second time, we had a female doctor and right away she knew what problem it was and gave me a x-ray to get done. Overall experience it’s a clean and fast clinic, in and out.

The receptionist is extremely rude. You ask a question and respond with attitude. She needs to go. She keeps you waiting in line for over 5 minutes you hear her speak to patience on the phone like they are ignorant. She answers her personal cell phone instead of answer the patients that have been waiting for answers. Never have I ever seen something like this before.

I was surprised at the disrespect of the front line nurse. She called me, did not introduce herself until I asked who she was. I told her I spoke English and she insisted on talking to me in French. I wanted to leave the clinic at that moment, but I did wait for the doctor.She was thorough. It’s unfortunate that the first person you have contact with is the one that will give the first impression of your establishment. This nurse needs to take some courses in diversity, if she plans to continue working in diverse neighbourhoods..

Worst clinic ever. Our generation is doomed, let me tell you. So much to say because so little is done. I am ashamed to say Quebec's system is broken. The receptionists omg no comment. Fire them all on the spot. Also they called us about our daughter saying she has kidney failure, we asked the name, it was a different girl! Fake clinic.

Has this clinic closed down? There is absolutely no appointments available via Bonjour Sante, I have called and emailed several times because I keep getting emails from someone at the clinic with attached files with viruses. My email has obviously been compromised by the clinic and I can't get in touch with anyone to sort this out.

They’re very inconsiderate. They cancelled my newborns appointment 3 times. They finally gave me an appointment for her to see a doctor a month after she was born. They called half an hour before the appointment to cancel it. My wife called them back and they eventually gave her an appointment the same day in the afternoon. I was very happy that my baby was finally going to see a doctor and after I arrived they refused to let her in even though I came from the other end of the city and my baby was crying because she was sick. I tried getting them to let me see a doctor for at least 5 minutes but they refused and told me “to sit and wait until they close at 6”. I ended up leaving and took my baby to the emergency at the children’s hospital. Honestly it was the worst experience ever...

A friend of mine went there and the doctor made her cry. She has a concussion and the doctor's attitude lacked complete compassion. He was so rude. One of the nurses was horrible too. If i could give it 0 stars I would. Healthcare professionals like this should get fired and never be allowed another job where they interact with people.

I have a family doctor at the clinic in Lasalle and am quite pleased with her attitude and performance. I have never had a problem with the reception staff and am overall quite satisfied with the performance of all involved. My comment relates more to the apparent 'canned' responses to many other comments. It would appear that those responding aren't actually responding to individuals but rather to categories of comments and choosing a response from a database of responses available to them. Read a few comments and the response to them and you will see the pattern of repetition.

The receptionist is not the sharpest pen in the pencil case let me tell you that. They ignore you, barely listen to you, give you dirty looks and are overall really unprofessional

We got an emergency appointment for baby less than 3 month old, then arrived 15 mins late and the doctor refused to see us…. Then the clinic tried to cover it up saying she went out of the office whereas her colleague who saw us eventually two hours later said no, she was at the clinic all along…

They can try to be better they just dont. Doctors are slow and looks like they want to eat burgers all the time since they are fat and slow. Nurses needs to go on diet with the doctors. Overall same as anyother clinic in Canada. Story of Canada

IF YOU NEED HELP: You’ll do better if you go straight to the emergency in a hospital. My son is barely eating, not drinking much, coughing until the point of almost puking, 40.4 •C fever for 4,5 days nonstop, history of pneumonia and the “doctor” called to say “it’s normal, If he gets worst go to the emergency” Really?!?!?!? Do you people EVEN CARE ABOUT KIDS HEALTH?!?!?

4 year wait for a family doctor. I get one here. There is no way to contact them. The phone number just hangs up on you. Not joking.

Booked an appointment on Bonjour Sante this morning and was called about an hour later by their nurse. Was very surprised with the quick and friendly service. After speaking with countless Dr's I also got amazing service from Dr. Ramcharitar! She took her time and addressed my questions and helped me with treatment options for my GI issues.

No idea why so many bad reviews Ive been a patient there for years and I have been treated with the most professional ways ! Unfortunately the system is always the problem ..not the poeple especially in the health depts Please be nice to employees who are trying there best Much love and thanks for being there for us

Horrible experience here I tried to make an appointment online and I can’t.I tried to call to make an appointment and they hang up on me!!! I tried to make an appointment in person they tell me to go else where!

I HIGHLY recommend Kim Heejung for physiotherapy. She’s very professional and friendly. She asked me a lot of questions, was very patient with me, answered all my questions, made sure I understood what was going on with my body and gave me detailed steps on what exercises to do at home. I didn’t feel rushed. You can tell she really loves her job. She also does a good job at sanitizing between patients and even throughout my appointment with her.

For all their bad reviews, I went in with low expectations but have to say it was a great experience. I only waited about 5 minutes before I was seen by a nurse for triage. Then I waited another 5 minutes for a doctor. The doctor was friendly and clearly very knowledgeable. She worked fast but gave me time to ask questions and give me advice. I would happily come back again.

One of worst experience in the universe. All credit goes to the old lady at reception AT LASALLE BRANCH .RUDE RACIST AND HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Management should look at this.

Quick turn around from the time I arrived at the time I left. We did not spend 30 minutes at the clinic. The doctor was very knowledgeable and friendly with my 6-year-old. Will be back if needed.

Worse clinic ever ! Got refused because I was a few minutes late due to traffic. The receptionist was unpleasant , unprofessional and unkind. Never mind the way she looked ! The worse health care service you can find in Quebec !

I had an impeccable experience with the Forcemedic Lasalle clinic. I secured an appointment via Bonjour Sante on the same day for 7PM (I did not think clinics would be open so late on a Sunday). I showed up at 6h45pm. There is free parking right in front of the building, and it was easy to find the clinic. The receptionist, nurse and doctor were all professional and efficient. I left within an hour, which was totally unexpected with a prescription for meds and ref for an ultrasound. Thank you to the whole Forcemedic team and thank you Dr. Benhaddadi.

You will wait minimum 1 hour to 1 hour 20 minutes on hold on average to talk to anybody if you call. Doctor did not follow up even after reception said they left a note. I have wasted 4-5 hours on hold in the last 2 weeks and have no answers on next steps. The last call the reception said to just go get another doctor to look at my results. Will avoid this clinic from now on.

They won't test me for strep throat even though I had it three times in the last 6 months and I'm showing the same symptoms. They'll try to get rid of you as soon as they can. It's sad to see how much deterioration the Canadian health care system has reached.

I have been visiting my family doctor here for years now. The doctors are great, patient and polite. The nurses always gentle and make sure you get the papers and stuff. The receptionists are the problems. Calls are often hang up, either it's called by me as a patient, or by another medical professional via so-called professional line. If by chance a receptionist answers the call, they are quite rude. The online portal is basically useless. No way to make appointment or even to cancel an appointment.

I have been seeing Doctor Ostroff here for almost three years following a work injury and surgery. They used to send my CNESST forms via email for me to send to my work and CNESST. They forgot to send my form after my last appointment, jeopardizing my coverage and treatment. Emailing the provided emails simply auto-replies to call the clinic, without providing a phone number. Coming here and calling the number I have been on hold for 1.5-3 hours daily with no answers. I have emailed and called since January 3rd, it is now January 30th with no answer. I'm unsure where to turn. I even tried getting a second appointment via their patient portal but it doesn't allow for appointments with anyone but a nurse. Terrible experience and so stressful to deal with when I come here for help.

DR.Mozaferi Dana melissa rudest doctor ever!!! I went there because i was feeling very not well with fever and missed already one day of work to get help and when i ask for medical certificate she refused she was like you can go it's your choice to go to class she didn't care at all about my condition as a doctor you have to take care of patient we are not going for FUN to see doctors the rest of staff were really nice and after speaking with secretary she sent by email the requested certificate idk if her boss who ask or feeling embarrassed because i talked loudly in front all patients in the clinic

10 min late as there was a traffic accident in front of the clinic, and we were refused … fever for 3 days, can’t get another appointment for the next 2 days! Then they tell us don’t go to the hospital. This is Quebec!

I'm taking the time to write a review because we had a really positive experience at Forcemedic. This is not our usual clinic and I was a bit shocked by all the bad reviews here. We were seen right away and the doctor was very friendly and took all the time needed to assess the situation. I truly recommend this clinic and do not understand the bad reviews!
