I opted for a 3-day guided tour to Niagara Falls and Toronto through Wonder Travels Inc. It was a simply surreal experience. The itinerary was well thought of and our whole group was able to see all the sights comfortably. The experience was further enhanced because we had Mr. Jack as our tour guide. He is very caring and takes everyone into consideration. He knows how to manage time and gave our group plenty of time to enjoy all the spots while keeping an eye on the schedule. He is funny and gives amazing facts about whatever place we are traveling to next :D Loved it!!!! Will definitely recommend this to everyone.

My mom and I traveled Toronto and Nicaragua fall with 2-day package this summer in 2017. We got a wonderful trip in 2 days. The tour guide Eddy is very very very nice，he's a handsome guy with strong responsibility. Our team members all enjoyed in this 2 days. Highly recommended！Especially the tour guide Eddy！！

We had a 3 days tour on NY on long weekend of May ! That was really good 👍 We were two family’s ! Everything was perfect 👍 on time , our leader Me . Jack was really patient with a right info.

We had a guided tour to new york this weekend and If you are looking fo an honest and fair review you found the one. This trip was not perfect and this is exaclty what you should expect! It is almost a tour of 55 persons, so you should expect delays from the passengers , delays because of the huge traffic in new york and last minute changes to plan. None is the fault/responsibility of the guide or the agency but rather bad luck and lack of consideration of other passengers. We had a minor inconvenient with the driver but he made up for us at the end of the day by offering an extra time in the down town. If you are planning for a 1st time visit to new york , you certainly should consider this option: easy passage at the borders in/out ( in comparison to cars- getting into Canada took us 15 min vs a line of easily 300 cars !), you enjoy the views without the stress of driving and parking, their time frame makes the trip more structured and allows the perfect duration for every activity and the guide takes all the time to book activities and provides tickets! Jacque did a wonderful job and it is certainly not easy to accomdate all the passengers so bring in your open mind, good mood and comfortable pair of shoes!

Me and my niece went in Toronto (2 days 1 night package) with Terrence as our tour guide. We enjoyed the trip and have fun. I was 10 minutes late after we visit Niagara Falls but Terrence was very understanding and patience. Hotel and food was wonderful and everything is perfect. Experience was simply amazing and I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

We went in three day trip from Montreal to 1000 islands, Toronto, Niagara Falls.. Luke was our guides. Had a wonder experience. Luke and driver made sure we were able to view all the places planned. The hotel stay was also good.(double tree Hilton near airport- mississauga)

We were very lucky with the driver Andre and with the tour guide Richard. They were organized, patient, extremely nice and experts in their domains. We took the 3 day tour in NYC, I recommend the intrepid museum especially if you have kids in the group, the wax museum was fun as well, and of course not to miss the cruise to the Statue of Liberty. The view from the top of the rock was breathtaking however going up was much easier than going down, the line up for coming down was long. We had plenty of free time to shop, visit central park and of course eat the best food!

I had a day tour with my friend from Montreal to Quebec city and it was amazing. Our tour leader was Eric and he was really helpful and knowledgeable. Overall, it was a memorable trip and would definitely suggest others to give this a try and the price is also very reasonable.✨😊

The journey to the 1000 Islands, Niagara Falls, and Lake Ontario, as well as Toronto, was fantastic. Terrence, the tour guide, was explaining the entire tour in a way that made you feel interested about the places . He also takes care of everything. The bus ride was quick and comfortable. On the 8.7 - 8.8 we took the two days trip to 1000 Islands, Toronto and Niagara Falls and had a blast. Our tour guide Anna was a real angel, super welcoming and a key component of our good experience. The hotel we spent the night in, was very well chosen. It was very clean and comfy. I have to say, that if you want to experience Toronto better and spend more time there, you should pick the three days trip instead of the two days trip. The bus driver was also very friendly and made very good conversation. Anna was very committed, patient and always very friendly (and very funny, the humor was hilarious). My mom and both of my sisters took the Quebec City/Montmorency Fall tour from Montreal. Had an Amazing time. Our tour guide Jacky was extremely helpful and answered all questions. He always has a smile, even with the difficult passengers. Mario is the best driver ever. It was a wonderful day. My favorite was going to the copper museum. I would highly recommend this tour company to anyone looking for a day getaway. Well worth the time and money spent.

I am stepping out of the bus as i am writing this and i am expressing my utter dissatisfaction with this company. The sole reason for this is the tour guide-TERRENCE. I think they need to hire more professional and sensitive person who understands their clients and give them space. We all understand importance of time but there are certain situations which are not in our control. We booked a 2 day trip to Toronto-Niagara falls and on our first day evening in Toronto me and my husband had a medical emergency due to which we have precisely 3 minutes late and he called us, we explained to him that we had medical emergency and i rushed while i was constantly bleeding. My husbad told him already that i had medical emergency and he didnt even allow us to talk and he just kept on saying that go sit and humiliated us in front on the whole bus. We all should have compassion and understanding towards each other and that is where he lacked and he failed the company as whole. Extremely disappointed!!

The one day tour to Quebec was amazing. Our tour guide, Ana was very attentive and friendly. She made the experience a great one and she was very knowledgeable and patient. The ice castle was beautiful and a wonderful experience as well as the waterfall which had spectacular views and old Quebec City was very pretty and had lots to do. Our driver during the tour was also very courteous and patient.

I booked a 3-day tour from Montreal to Toronto and Niagara and I’d have to admit, it was amazing! The tour covered many famous attractions. The hotel was so comfortable and I had a really pleasant stay. Our tour leader, Luke, was there with us for the entire time. He managed a large group of people (around 55) really well! Looking forward to going to more tours with Wonder travel :)

Fantastic tour if you only have the weekend. You do and see so much and Luke was a very conscientious and thoughtful guide. I loved the restaurant stops the food was really good quality and fresh as there was a high turnover. I loved it

We spent first day in Toronto, we had enough time to see the downtown of Toronto. We spent a night in Toronto and the hotel was nice and clean. Next day we went to Niagara falls, we took a tour which was great, then we were taken to buffet for lunch and came back to Montreal. It was a good experience. A wonderful experience for our 2 days tour to Toronto & Niagara Falls. Luke (our tour guide) is very knowledgeable and organised in our itinerary. He’s able to speak 3 main languages, english/french/mandarin, which is astounding. He’s patient and ensure all the travellers are seated properly esp. in the restaurant where we stop for lunch. Really bad experience on the 2 day trip to Charlevoix. 1. The stops are at places you can’t find anything close to eat. The places they take money for are really bad buffet restaurants 2. No social distancing. 3. BUS WAS BOOKED TO FULL CAPACITY. No 2meter distancing. While booking we were told so. 4. Truly Worst 5. Hotel that they made a stop at for the night was shady and near the airport where you can only pay for Uber eats. No restaurants nearby 6. Felt like a work trip not a vacation with them.

My friend and I joined the one day tour to Quebec city and thoroughly enjoyed it! The tour was well planned and our tour guide Joy is super friendly and good at so many different languages. It was an excellent trip to Niagara Falls, 1000 Island lake, and Toronto.. the water fall is amazing, Toronto is a lot better than I expected, Metropolitan and International. Tour guide Eddy is a nice guy, he took good care of every group member, kids, elders, he lend his jacket to me coz I wear short sleeves and feel cold. Very satisfied with this trip. We booked a 3 day new york trip with them and it was amazing. They are very punctual and if you are traveling with them . You don't need to worry at all. They cover the major site seeing and give enough time to explore. This is the top choice if you are looking for a pre planned tour.

Yang is an exceptional tour guide who goes above and beyond to meet the needs of individual tour participants and ensure that the tour runs smoothly and on schedule. He is very knowledgeable about the history and importance of local sights, as well as practical matters like where to find a good lunch spot. He has a good sense of humor and makes sure participants are aware of the tour bus rules such as coming back to the bus timely. However he is flexible when needed such as when there are long lines at a rest stop, causing a participant to come back a few minutes late. The tour was packed with interesting sights at various locations in Quebec City. There was an option for a river cruise for a modest fee. The cruise was a bit too long for my taste at 1.5 hours but it was worth the cost. Meal prices and souvenirs onboard ship were reasonable. Yang made sure both cruise participants and non-participants were well taken care of and answered all questions thoroughly.

I had an amazing day tour led by Eva, a friendly and helpful tour guide. We went to Montmorency Falls and Old Quebec City. We had enough time to take pictures and walk around in every spots. Although there was some technical issue related to the bus, the agency quickly responded and we all were satisfied. The price is affordable and I recommend this tour if you haven’t been to Quebec City before.

The trip was awesome from start to finish. We had an amazing air conditioned bus and an amazing driver. Our tour guide Eva was excellent and very knowledgeable and friendly. We loved her ! We took the cable car up to the falls and toured the Quebec City. Over all an amazing experience and highly recommended!

We had a great time on our tour to Quebec City, Danny was excellent! It was great value for money, with a trip to Montmorency Falls and Old Quebec from Montréal. We had assigned seats on the bus and charging ports available. Danny was great at introducing each of the locations and coordinating everyone back on the bus. We had plenty of time to explore Old Quebec and try the local foods (approx. 5 hours). There was an option to take a cruise at an additional fee if you wanted. This trip is a long day, leaving Montréal at 7am and returning at 8pm. It would be helpful if the website provided a more detailed breakdown of the timing of each activity. Overall, everything ran on time and we had a wonderful day. Would definitely recommend!
