I've been coming to this restaurant for more than 10 years but in past year, it has gone from bad to worse. They have shut down the counter multiple occasions or totally close down restaurant in early morning. I made a mobile order for promotional item, paid with credit card, when I got to restaurant, they claim that did not receive it and the promotion isn't valid. So my option is to either order directly at counter without promotion and risk being billed on credit card from the previous order Or walk away. I walked away. I have never left a review until now.

I'm not the guy who rants usually but McDonald in St-Basile-le-Grand is the worst I've ever visit. Car service is very slow and 8 times out of 10 the order is not correct even after vocal confirmation from the employee. Sometimes you get the order from the car behind you. I've received twice a cheeseburger without meat inside, at 2 different visit !! It's just unbelievable...

Trash food. Barely any choices. Uncooked fries. Their meat literally tastes like road kill. Nice staffs though hence the 1 star...

Beware this McDonald's is NOT opened 24hrs, also around 10pm they always close all the cash register so you can't order for like almost 30 mins. They do not have as many choices as the other McDonald's. Service is very slow, the employees are very nice though.

Not much choices, no apple pies even. I gave 3 stars just because the stuff was nice enough!

slow service, most expensive mcdonald franchisee. stop with the price gouging. My order is 50% cheaper at other mcdonalds. not worth it.
