Despite advertising that it's "open 24/7", this location has closed its interior at night on and off for years, serving only the drive-through. The excuse is that they're understaffed and can't serve people inside. That's all well and good, but having to take a gamble every time you go somewhere on whether they'll be open or not is pretty crappy for something meant to be convenience food. To add insult to injury, they won't serve pedestrians or cyclists at the drive-through. But even more egregious, they've recently begun to close the drive through as well, simply not taking orders at all during the night, despite having all the lights on and a giant neon sign claiming to be open 24 hours a day. This is false advertising, plain and simple.

So waited more than half an hour for 'fast' food which was pretty much uneatable. The cheeseburger had lettuce (since when?) and pickles (which I had remove when ordering since I can't digest), fries were undercooked ( you'd think 30 minutes would enough but seems not), no sauce for the cold and hard nuggets, and the Sprite was salty (how?!). On top of it, no apology nor explanation why it took so long. Next time I want some McDo, it won't be at that location.

We live close by, went there on a few occasions, so we have had the chance to check if we had just been unlucky once or if they are just bad on a regular basis. They almost always mess up your order, you get very often your food cold, fries won't be seasoned, etc.

I ordered through mobile app, when I showed up at 10:10pm the doors were locked and drive-though was closed. They told me to go away even though it is a 24 hours business. Now the mcdonald's app is stuck with that order and I cannot order elsewhere. Going to A&W in st-basile, at least they honour their business hours.

We come for our coffee my wife and i every monday and Tuesday. The staff are friendly. Need to work on the consistency of the coffee quality. Sometimes it’s good, other times it’s tasteless

Placed an order for a McChicken with extra sauce...as we were standing there waiting, we could hear from the line "they want extra sauce, they'll get extra sauce" The sandwich was completely smoothered in Chicken sauce. Disgustingly so. Maybe hire staff that takes pride in their work...or at least ones who aren't going to broadcast the screw ups they're going to make on purpose to everyone.

Terrible. Just terrible get some order in there or close it down..

I use the application to make my order and take out my order on the drive through, it's a quick and easy procedure for both of us. The staff and the customer , I recommend this 👌

The employees are literally all 12 years old but they got my order right! There's hope!!!

McDonald's Egg McMuffins & coffee are a good start to a day. Hey, they are great any time of day!

The dirtiest place Ive visited in a while! Food was good, but management need check the cleaning over there.

They are way understaffed and the employees know it and feel it big time. Mobile order walk inside and look at the board: "great my # is there" 40minutes later... suddenly disappears, I get attention from someone behind counter and they say it was served and called for.. most certainly wasn't. Took an extra 25 minutes to get my order served after multiple people who ordered in the meantime got many of the items I had ordered. (Bigmac,quarter pounder and happy meal) The ONLY positive thing about this visit was one particular staff member who was trying VERY hard to carry the whole team and working 6times the normal amount to balance for the slackers she had with her that day. Including the team lead who had 0 clue of what he was doing. This place is lacking leadership.

Stoped by around 10pm on Saturday... Young man long blond hair ( some cook or something..) kept yelling out to co workers, harrassing another cook and flirting constantly with girls at front desk. Clearly having MAJOR ATTENTION issues. Trying to geab attention by yelling out stupidities constantly, even out in dinning room. Probably a bornagain Bully or something... Even saw the douch throwing fresh eggs ( whole) on to the cooking plate that a fellow was trying to clean. My order was hot BUT the burger this idiot prepared was thrown together all sloppy and condiments were all over the place and buttom bun folded in 2. GET RID OF THIS CLOWN Oh... Dinn8ng room is discusting 2, garbage all 9ver the place Tables dirty I wish I could drop a picture.....

Slowest mcdonalds ever I regret coming here every time. You're stuck in line for 25 mins every time and 50% chance your order is wrong

Thé slowest McDonalds location I’ve ever been to :( A bunch of teenagers working here don’t pay attention to the customers even though it wasn’t busy at all… Also I’ve ordered no onion on my quarter pounder and it still was there… Won’t be coming back

I've been going to this McDonald's for quite a while and the service is so slow. It takes on average 20 minutes to get food in the evening. Tonight there were only 2 cars in front of me before taking my order, it took 10 minutes to move 1 car. Arriving at the cashier, the first thing she told me is "my cash register is bugged". At some other McDonald's, they tell you to go to another window (3rd) or even to the curb so the line goes faster. But this one, It happened only once.

Took 35+minutes to get our order with no explanations whatsoever.

You can tell the difference between McDonald's in the south shore and in Montreal. Service in here is much better and people smile. That makes a big difference.

The staff were working hard but some customers were rude. The staff were polite and did what could their jobs as best as they can.

Good fast service, as expected from this chain, not a fan of their new chicken McMuffin though.

Food is very good, I always prefer make self-orders through the new machines to avoid mistakes and check the ingredients. The tables need more cleaning, they seem oily and a bit dirty. The kids area is convenient for ages 4 plus.

It’s McDonald’s, generally it’s warm to hot and fairly quick.
