Besides
there
extremely
unreasonable
return
policies,
the
customer
service
staff
at
this
store
is
the
absolute
worst.
The
customer
service
girl
literally
yelled
at
me
just
because
I
was
trying
to
comprehend
their
unrealistic
return
policy,
left
me
and
went
to
get
someone
else
without
even
telling
me,
and
finally
a
ruder
person
comes,
surprisingly
a
supervisor
and
gave
me
a
very
hard
time.
Mind
you,
when
she
left
me
unattended
without
explanation,
I
saw
her
giggling
in
the
corner
with
that
supervisor?
And
ofcourse
he
came
back
to
not
help
me
and
gave
me
the
worst
customer
service.
They
treat
people
like
we
are
liars
and
begging
for
our
hard
earned
money!
The
product
is
not
sturdy,
they
refuse
to
refund
it,
which
is
fine
by
me,
but
they
also
refuse
to
give
you
a
credit
voucher.
I
have
to
exchange
it
for
the
same
item
or
something
more
expensive,
and
not
something
less
expensive.
I
am
ok
with
the
unreasonable
policies,
but
their
attitude
and
customer
service
is
unmatched
and
wouldn’t
wish
it
upon
my
enemies.
Eventually
i
had
to
submit
because
they
give
no
logical
solutions,
so
I
had
to
exchange
for
the
same
product
that
I
hated
in
the
first
place!
I
didnt
mind
buying
anything
else
in
the
storenin
exchange
of
my
returned
item,
but
No,
I
can
only
exchange
for
the
same
item
or
a
similar
one
of
higher
value
and
price.
False
Advertising
for
return
policies
when
infact
its
am
absolute
joke
Never
spending
a
dime
at
this
store
again
