This store should permanently close already because not only you cannot try the bras on anymore, the staff was very unpleasant on my last visit. I left real quick after sensing the negative vibe from her. Upon leaving, I thought to myself that it was the best because if I bought a bra that didn't fit well I'll have to commute 1hr back to exchange the bra and probably meet again with that unpleansant cashier/staff. Also, they don't seem to have a lot of merchandise left, it's like they're just trying to sell what they have and planning to close the store at anytime.

Very rude staff followed me around giving me looks throughout my shopping experience as if I was going to steal something. Made me feel very unwelcome. The staff made rude comments multiple times and this made me so uncomfortable I decided to leave without finishing my shopping. On top of the disrespectful staff the store was overall a disaster and made looking for sizing very difficult. Lastly I’d like to add that the sanitizer at the door was not working. The worker who let us in at the door even saw us struggling to put on the sanitizer and never took initiative to help us. This really comes to show to which level of respect she had for the customers and their safety especially during times of a global pandemic

The staff are friendly and helpful once you approach them, but might forget about you if the store is busy. Most of the products are only made to look sexy and lack actual quality. You will have a hard time finding any size bigger than DD, especially on smaller waistbands.

Staff did some type of profiling: Was welcoming and helping everyone else warmly and proceeded to ignore me as if I didn't belong to the store... Even when I asked a question, she replied like I was waiting her time. It didn't use to be like that. New staff is horrible

Two women from the stuff were kind of rude to me and i felt like i annoyed them when i spoke.. when they were perfectly smiling and very kind to an other client ! Just because i was going to spend less than 10 dollars and the other lady was going to spend more

Great place!! Everytime i go there are sales which is so amazing and the employees are so nice and helpful!! Their various products are so fun to choose from since they’re all so so so different!! Also, everytime i go to LaSenza, im in need of things and always find what i’m looking for. Would definitely recommend!!

I happened to have the same assistant the last 2 times I went and she's making me feel comfortable, is very polite, respectful, helpful (and without making my disability a "pity" case). Great knowledge of her products, perfect advices, very professional yet friendly! A big thank you for the great service and consideration! Of course, the quality of their products is well known, and it's hard to find such quality nowadays. Prices very very fair, and the sales are to the top! 🙌🏽👍🏼 Highly recommended!

Just left La Senza in the Montreal Eaton Centre and it was by far the best shopping experiences of my life! The employees here are so kinda, caring and attentive. They helped me find the size and style that was right for me. Made suggestions and listened to my feedback and preferences. I love it! The salespeople are really kind and are always able to help me find something that I like! I have never had any problems finding my size! The only issue is that customers will leave things in the wrong spot so finding something specific might take a while, but the salespeople are always willing to help me look:)

My all time favorite store. The timing on Google is not true. Plus it got me half hour to find this store until I haven't call on store to give me exact location. Otherwise, all the lingeries and material I love it. Sometimes you can find very good one on discount too.

The customer service was great (Ester helped me) but how in the 21st century can a store not have pay-pass (especially they have relatively new monaris machines)?? La Senza should be ashamed of this. I was going to buy a few things but even after following the girls advice and getting gift card it had a 24h activating period so I couldn't get anything (not her fault). You lost a potential good sale La Senza because of your lack of machines.

I love this lasenza, the customer care is appreciated. The employees are well trained and really efficient. Although, sometimes they lack to restock in the most common size like 34C, 34D, 32C, 32D, 36C, 36D.

I don't normally get such terrible service at the other locations, but the girls there were absolutely unbothered. I was the only client in the store and all 3 of them were continuously talking to each other. I needed help but every time i went to ask a question, they seemed annoyed and didn't offer much help.
