They have a great selection of aquatic plants (best I have found until now in the south shore). I had an ICH problem with some fish and the owner (I think he's the owner) gave me great advice on how to rid my aquarium of the issue. His son (I think it is his son) is also very helpful. I love how they serve you in either French Or English. Most of all I have always been greeted with a warm hello and a smile. I will do all my fish shopping there moving forward.

Went to Aza for the first time to buy an aquarium for Christmas and the service was excellent. Very knowledgeable and nice staff. Will definitely be going back.

Favorite aquarium store in Montreal. Been going here for over 5 years now. The whole family is very knowledgeable and are always committed to helping you with you're aquarium needs.

We are lucky to have this store as an alternative to Safari. Profound selection of cichlids, extensive selection of imported high-grade fish food and aquarium equipment, all at competitive prices! Also, great customer service with the utmost effort put into serving the customers to the fullest.

They are one of my favorite aquarium stores, for the reasons the fish are so healthy, service is always nice and welcoming and prices are great !

If you want to buy healthy fish do not go to Safari, go to AZA, all the fish I bought from there were desease free, most of the one I bought from safari were sick and died pretty fast, plus it contaminated my whole tank ! Aza is a family own business, great advise those guys know what they are talking about, and have very competitive prices. Store look small but you have a great variety of fish and plants in there.

I love this place so much! The staff is helpful and nice, and the prices aren't ridiculous like some other places in Montreal. With that being said, the only reason this isn't a 5 stars is the lack of cleaning and aeration.

I bought some pea puffers here, and I’ve had them for a few days and they seem to be doing very well so far. I’ve looked for this type of fish in other stores around Montreal, and they don’t always look very healthy. These little guys look great :)

LOVE this fish shop. The staff is extremely polite and accommodating. They love what they do and it shows. The fish are always in incredible health and they are very knowledgeable for tips and tricks for a healthy tank!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

If your fishing around for an experienced and knowledgeable store, then you've walked in the right place. It's like having a martial arts teacher for fish! Everytime you go in, you'll learn a new skill.... i insist you will. Although, overtime it may cost you a few bills , what you end up with are not cheap thrills. The Fish and other living ocean things are colorful! Not to mention living, thriving and diving. The folks there also super chill.

Nice selection. My first time going there. I bought some Cardinal neons and Galaxy rasbora there. All the Cardinals died from disease in two days during quarantine but the Galaxy rasboras are doing well. I'll give them another try for more review.

My favourite store. They have a great selection of fishes and plants. All fishes that I bought from this store are healthy. Also they give great advice if you have any problem with your tank 👍🏻 highly recommend

Lovely family run store with a friendly helpful atmosphere and great prices, the store itself is not very large but is well stocked for it's size. They offer a large variety of both freshwater and saltwater fresh, as well as a nice selection of aquarium supplies. I come here to get Tidal filters as they weren't stocked in other stores besides the largest Safari chain.(And even then the options and prices are better in Aza)
