We stayed there twice on our trip. First time, we showed up at 8pm after driving 8 hours without a reservation and they accommodated us with no problem. We made sure to make a reservation on our way back through (which made the room much cheaper) and they were fantastic then as well. Clean rooms, complementary coffee (which is delicious) and breakfast, and they’re bilingual. Only complaint would be that the man working the front desk during our first checkout was a little rude when he was spoken to in English, then fairly nice when we swapped to French. There were people staying there from all over Canada and even a few from the US, so there shouldn’t be any rudeness when spoken to in English.

Perfectly clean and well maintained hotel. I had a pet room on the 3rd floor, which was slightly inconvenient just because I had to make multiple trips up the elevator to get my pet and the supplies to the room. The room was perfect though! No carpet, making any clean up quick and easy. This location is next to other businesses including a nice restaurant. The hotel does offer breakfast starting at 6:30 am.

The hotel is nice and clean, the staff were polite and friendly but this is the LOUDEST hotel i have ever stayed at. the highway noise was terrible! If you stay here do yourself a favour and ensure you are not getting a highway side room before you travel. they try to alleviate the problem with adding a white noise machine to the room but it's still so loud. everything else was fine about the hotel but if i cant get a good nights sleep, i can't rate the hotel as good.

Great hotel and location. Offers clean rooms and great amentities. Breakfast included and free parking.

Stayed here for 1 week.Absolutely beautiful. Extremely clean and fresh. Nice selection for the breakfast.laundry on second floor. The staff are kind and friendly and accomodated my sick puppy.We travelled from Vancouver to this location so my puppy can get the treatment he needed to survive.

One of the cleanest hotels we've stayed in!!! Hallways were wider than most, laminate floor in rooms was much better than carpeting found in most.

It was a very nice and clean room. The staff were great. However the rate that was quoted to me and what the computer charged me was way over priced for just one nights stay.

Great location, very clean neat, modern and courteous friendly staff. One of the best breakfast to go in Canada! The lady running the breakfast station does a wonderful job and really appreciated a small tip😉

The room was spacious and clean. I thought the bed was comfortable. The 3 other people did not think the beds were comfortable. The pool was closed for repairs. The free breakfast was delicious and a great variety. I appreciated the large fridge and microwave.

In the past I have had good experiences with holiday inn, however, I have never experienced such poor bathroom quality. The shower head did not have enough water pressure and the tub was not draining after a bath. The washroom door was also not locking. I also was given a room with the view of the highway which was very loud. Other than those problems, the service and breakfast was decent.

Had a nice stay with family. However I find the room floors dusty as my kids feet turned black in just a few minutes of being bare foot in the room. The pool was also under renovation during our stay.

Visited this hotel during the week while my dog had appointments at CHUV veterinary clinic (10 minutes away). The location was convenient and had lots of things to eat that were walking distance (fast food and restaurants). The service was 11/10. Especially the lady working at the reception desk was so kind to us. This hotel was also extremely pet friendly (pet fee was 30$). The breakfast was included and had lots of options. The rooms were super modern. They also had a discount for Nurses which was awesome! The price was great even before they added the discount. They also had a pool and the temperature was perfect (warm)! I would recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

Not cheap for this remote area. Relatively newer rooms and amenities properly maintained and clean. Breakfast is OK, food served being typical of that chain for this area. Quality is not great, cheap, not very tasty. Most staff are dressed professionally, but front desk personnel are very cold....not friendly and bit rough towards guests. Breakfast staff is great, always with a smile. They dont offer housekeeping unless requested, and they make it sound like you shouldn't do that. The gym is obsolete, with very basic equipment, a bench, treadmill and elliptical, that's it!

Gorgeous hotel. Clean and modern. Room was right next to the highway, tho. Luckily there was a sound machine.

Stayed one night. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Nice restaurant beside it called Score. Fast food also available within walking distance.
