This hospital is honestly one of the worst in my entire life and I've been in hospital in and out so many times my whole life because of my health issue. This hospital doesn't even deserve 1 star it should be shut down.

Aussi l entrée sur St Denis qui a été terminée il y a peut de temps est très spacieuse et aérée....et sur René Lévesque..il ont mis des sculptures ...de toutes beauté.

Quand on a pas de RAMQ c'est un peu long, RDV chez l'orthopediste, je dois payer avant puis aller a l'accueil Ortho, puis attendre, puis on me dit de faire une radio, mais avant de la faire je fais la queue a l'accueil radio pour avoir un tikets pour aller la payer aux comptes clients puis revenir et attendre pour la radio pour enfin aller faire radio et attendre chez l'orthopediste. C'est beaucoup d'allers retour, sachant qu'ils ont mon nom mon adresse ce serait peut être possible d'aller payer après, pour ne pas faire d'aller retour, et si on ne paye pas, c'est majoré et envoyé a domicile. Les soins par contre étaient efficaces et les médecins et infirmières niquel ! Tout le monde a été très sympathique dans le personnel soignant.
