    Staff don’t speak French, not an issue for me. My dad had an appointment and I accompanied him and he doesn’t speak French. The nurse starts asking him questions I tell her he only speaks English, she replied « je parle seulement le français » I just think that everyone who talks at the hospital should be bilingual, or speak a little English. Therefore I would have to became a translator.

    The ER is abusive and nurses have lost their humanity. I watched nurses neglect and abuse patients, who were stuck spending night in hospital hallway. The visitors of other patients were offering comfort and help to strangers because of the staggering neglect. CHUM ER makes patients suicidal because neglect and abuse is so bad. #RAMQ #QuebecPublicHealth help the patients please

S canner of health card, ticket machine for our appointment, indicating the door and the place to go. All that remains is to wait for our turn by looking at the appointment screen. When you exit the elevator from the underground parking lot, have your ticket validated for a reduced cost. The lady who was there was very kind to show me how to do it. An appointment on time +/- 5 min, I loved it. Only downside, the parking spaces are very narrow and you have to do a lot of turns to get out. (Original) Très belles rénovations, chic, bien organisé, beaucoup de personnels et de bénévoles. Indications claires. S canner de carte santé, distributeur de billets pour notre rdv, indiquant la porte et le local à aller. Il ne reste qu'à attendre notre tour en regardant l'écran des rdv. Quand vous sortez de l'ascenseur du stationnement sous terrain, faite valider votre ticket pour une réduction du coût. La dame qui était là, à été très gentille de me montrer comment faire. Un rdv à l'heure +/- 5 min, j'ai adoré. Seul bémol, les places de stationnement sont très étroites et faut faire bien des tours pour en sortir.

    I came to emergency today at 1pm and I've been here since still even after I told them I have a pancreatis and that I need to lay down cuz of the pain instead of taking me serious they just make me wait like a joke. The people working here doesn't deserve there jobs, they are terrible at it and they are rude and lazy. This hospital doesn't and won't care about you so if you need to go ER go to any other hospital or tell the ambulance not to take you to chum. This hospital is honestly one of the worst in my entire life and I've been in hospital in and out so many times my whole life because of my health issue. This hospital doesn't even deserve 1 star it should be shut down.

    Des nombreux autres hôpitaux que j'ai fréquentés, c'est pour ma part et de loin le plus sympatique et le plus propre qu'il m'a été donné de voir. Outre les lieux qui sont d'une immensité impressionnante, le personnel est très accueillant et tout autant les nombreux bénévoles qui sont toujours prêts à nous aider, allant même souvent au devant de nos besoins. On sent que tous ou sinon la plupart des employés qui y travaillent sont heureux d'y être et c'est toujours bon signe.

    Waited 3 hours for triage unacceptable! From a hospital it was a joke. Complained to the 1st person who I saw. She answered me I was not prio because I didn't get through triage yet. At That point I Just left. Le problème avec le system de santé c'est qui nous traitent comme de la m***** et non comme des clients.

    Ive come here theee times. Every time they assume im a homeless person looking for a bed. Every time they refuse to speak English even when they can. My bed has someone else’s blood on it.

    2AM a very disruptive security agent smoking at the entrance door in front of no smoking sign at 1000 st denis door yelling at us to put mask on and she smelled strong alcohol and was not making sense… She didn’t want to give me her name very rude her colleague told me her name was Maya…tall with strange make up..

    i really like chum service actually i had back problem but now with doctor boubez ghsaan i m with less pain he has done my herniya disk operate is rellay trustworthy doctor and very good specialist only for bones like othopedie best doctor in montreal i feel less worried about my health after surgery but i had pain after surgery he gave me another injection and now pain relief but still i have pain in my back and right leg but improvement with phyiso so before i could not walk properly after surgry leg pain less i had nerve pinched problem also so now he is also fixing i got second mri i am sure he will fix me properly i m really appriciate this doctor i got my surgery date very fast with this doctor because my situation was series coz my leg was getting start nummed so that s why its perfect doctor for othopedie and he is also cnesst doctor

    Ma mère y est hospitalisée depuis 2 semaines. L'élément le plus négatif : il n'y a pas un porteur de dossier!!!Pleins de médecins mais aucun qui me rappelle pour m'informer des résultats(un seul Dr.Wong une fois). ..et les infirmières qui me répondent d'en parler au médecin 😣😠 Ma mère et moi sommes dans l'incompréhension. ..en plus ils refusent que j'accompagne ma mère pour aller prendre l'air à l'extérieur. ... Points positifs: propreté, grandeur des chambres avec tv$, la majorité des PAB et infirmières sont aidantes, un TS Alexandre très à l'écoute.

    We really had a great experience with the birth of my 2nd son. Nurse Amina and genicologist Dr. Boulva are super friendly and their professionalism is incredible. We need more people like that in our health system!

    Went to the 13th floor neurosurgery to see dr Shedid , from the second i got there the service was excellent, from receptionists to the dr nothing but positive for me .

    My experience here consists, I went at your food court, I drank a Coca-Cola zero and a Brisk iced tea, it's not very expensive, it's very big, modern and high tech hospital, but the thing I disliked, it's the visits are not permitted until you're have a patient to visit or a appointment due to covid 19 measures.

    Le nouveau hôpital du CHUM sur Sanguinet est super beau, il ont conservé l ancienne église et construit la nouvelle architecture autour. Aussi l entrée sur St Denis qui a été terminée il y a peut de temps est très spacieuse et aérée....et sur René Lévesque..il ont mis des sculptures ...de toutes beauté.

    Quand on a pas de RAMQ c'est un peu long, RDV chez l'orthopediste, je dois payer avant puis aller a l'accueil Ortho, puis attendre, puis on me dit de faire une radio, mais avant de la faire je fais la queue a l'accueil radio pour avoir un tikets pour aller la payer aux comptes clients puis revenir et attendre pour la radio pour enfin aller faire radio et attendre chez l'orthopediste. C'est beaucoup d'allers retour, sachant qu'ils ont mon nom mon adresse ce serait peut être possible d'aller payer après, pour ne pas faire d'aller retour, et si on ne paye pas, c'est majoré et envoyé a domicile. Les soins par contre étaient efficaces et les médecins et infirmières niquel ! Tout le monde a été très sympathique dans le personnel soignant.

    The staff is amazing especially in the neurosurgery unit on the 13th floor. I can not say enough about the quality of care that I received. Dr. Bojanowski and his colleagues provided excellent care of the procedure I had done and went above and beyond to be sure that I was back to my normal self. I would highly recommend this hospital as I have had several neuro surgeries in the past and have never received the quality of care as I did at the CHUM. Thank you.

    I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH YOUR PAVILLION D SOUTH SECTOR. MY MOTHER HAD SURGREY TO REMOVE HER LUNG CAUSE OF CANCER, AND YOU DISCHARGED HER NOT EVEN 24 HOURS LATER BECAUSE YOU NEED THE BED. DIDNT GIVE HER TYLENOL OR ANYTHING FOR THE PAIN BECAUSE YOU ALREADY DICHARGED HER! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I HOPE ALL OF YOU FEEL PAIN ONE DAY AND NO ONE CARES TO HELP YOU RECOVER.
