Food is good enough. Waitress was nice and professionnal. However, the cooking staff and the manager weren't wearing any masks, so we won't be going back. I can't trust you guys with my health.

Ordered on Monday night, august 8, and the burger was extremely raw. I had taken a few bites thinking to myself it didnt look cooked..and it just got worse when i broke it in half. I emailed the resto but got no response 2 days later.

Hi First time at this Baton Rouge in Boucherville, excellent service ,waiter very professional. Ample parking , restaurant clean . Went on a Tuesday at 5.00 pm . I took the tempura 🍤 shrimps with Chipotle dip. Good mixe of flavors . My guest took the calamari also with Chipotle. Main course A New- York strip loin , High quality meet , savored it . Side of Yam 🍠 fries 🍟. Mixed vegetables. My guest a " Filet Mignon " medium rare. To perfection . My guest took a chocolate 🍫 cake . My beverage was pink lemonade Loved it Cheers Mike

Service is amazing! It was a slow day though and the food even though it's good, it took forever to arrive. My husband ordered salmon and it was too oily. Be ready to break the bank, restaurant is very expensive.

The restaurant is very big, actually bigger than I expected, you can choose sitting in a booth, regular table with chairs either inside or outside, or in stools just in front of the bar. The service is good but for the prices we pay here I wish it was better, I'm not saying it's bad at all, but I have seen better. On the other hand, the food is really delicious, a bit more expensive than other places but totally worth it. We ordered some raviolis stuffed with lobster that were exquisite, the lobster soup was very creamy but the the flavour was just ok, I expected some more intense hints of lobster, I feel that the excessive green onion that was added overshadowed the lobster. And finally, we tried the BBQ ribs with breaded chicken that came with a Dijon sauce and some boiled tasteless vegetables, the chicken was delicious, perfectly cooked and crispy, it perfectly matched with the sauce, nevertheless the BBQ ribs were just meh.

[EDIT2] back to 2 stars. After the edit here baton rouge reached out and sent a gift card. [EDIT] lowered to 1 star from 2 stars. I lowered because I reached out to the email address they send in this reply as per BR request but they have not answered after 5 days. Basically they try to show they are responsive and willing to help in the google maps reviews to look good but they do not even reply to the email they asked. To me this is even more disrespectful. At least it is consistant with their previous behavior where they say they would fix the situation than ghost you... ordered (take out) meals including snow crab bites appetizer but got crispy cauliflower bites. When we called to report it, the manager argued that it was not possible and we did get the correct appetizer (crab) because they did not have extra crab appetizer left over in the kitchen. Basically telling us we were liars. after arguing with them for a while they said they would send us a voucher in the mail with the value or the appetizer.... but guess what... we never received the voucher.

This place is a 3.5 for me. The ribs are good and the steak is fine. Drinks are good too but nothing great. Decent price and staff is always nice. Worth the try

Quick easy and good. English menu and staff. Good option when traveling on hitting Ikea. Will be back!

The ribs were great, the atmosphere and the looks of the restaurant too. Our waiter Nikolas was great, He was funny, helpful and professional and made the experience even better than it already was! To conclude: Great Food, Service and really worth it

In town on business and we checked out Baton Rouge... atmosphere was awesome. The food was amazing, we were really satisfied with every dish that came our way. The bartender that served us was on point....really great dude. Next time I will try the oreo dessert...bartenders recommendation. 😀

Tasty meals, efficient service and calm atmosphere

Very polite and friendly staff. Food was so so. Not worth it though. Last time going to Baton Rouge in Boucherville. They gave us a seat. 10 minutes later, the owner asks us to move to the back of the restaurant because he has 50 people coming. (They never showed up by the time we left) So we moved and right away, they gave that seat to another family!!!!! To the owner: No matter how politely you ask to change our seat, when you give our seat to another family (not the 50 people as you've said), it will not make the customer feel good)

We had a solid night at baton rouge. The only negative was my wife ribs were overcooked but the server got her an other one right away. On a side note our server Shane/Shawn ( it was a bit noisy) was great and very helpful 5/5 .

Party of three Saturday (May 13, 2023) at noon. Friendly, efficient staff however the food was terrible! Ribs and fries likely ok but the fish was horrible!!. Had a strange looking and tasting black cod with a celeriac purée that tasted like salt, nothing else. We tried the cauliflower wings, so so salty. My daughter had salmon, they've pilled a bunch of onions, tomatoes on the filet , the veggies tasted strange, perhaps cut a day or two before. My daughter and I couldn't eat those meals. Very expensive for what it is. We'll never return.
