The doctor has a bit of a monopoly because you have to use this place to get an immigration visa for the USA. Unfortunately, he does not follow proper procedures when examining women. He touches breasts with bare hands, with no warning, and has women undress while he is in the room. Wildly inappropriate, and people are at his mercy.

With an appointment I had waited for 3 hours for a regular exam. They knew what I needed, I know what I needed. even than the whole process took 5 hours. If you have an alternative, Stay away from here. I had a call back in couple of weeks and they promised to improve the service quality and wait times. Hope it’s better now

The receptionists were so nice and professional. They answered all my questions clearly and went even down to explain me every step of my appointment that I was coming in for. As for the staff, (doctors and nurses) they were also very kind and I felt very comfortable around them. Couldn't forget to mention the emplacement, 22nd floor in a big building downtown the view is AMAZING, makes the waiting time less long. Super clean and easy access to bathrooms and water fountains. Would totally recommend! Thank you again! :-)

I've been terrified after reading all the reviews but I went anyway for my PR examination. And I'm actually positively surprised. I had an appointment so maybe that's why everything went pretty smoothly and faster than I expected. The staff was nice although sometimes I felt a little bit overwhelmed and confused (and I wasn't alone) but overall I'd say it was a good experience.

Terrible processing times. Do not book your immigration medical appointment here. They say it takes up to 10 business days to submit results and now I’m on the 22nd day after exam and they still haven’t submitted it. Worst medical exam centre ever and I will report them to immigration. Also terrible customer service and not willing to follow up on file. I demand assistance right away.

These people are insane. I have been waiting for my immigration medical report to be sent for more than 14 business days now and they did not send it yet. The doctor who was handling my medical report request was not responding to his own staff when they were contacting to take a follow up on my report. He took couple of days to respond and still did not send the report yet. This doctor is very irresponsible person. These people do not know how much mental stress is caused on a candidate when they keep calling and waiting for their medical report to be sent. I am still waiting and do not know if they will ever send it or not. I am also very much tired of taking follow up everyday and listening the same answer - it will be sent.

Delay in sending immigrations medical examination to IRCC, it has been over 17 business days and still they did not give me an exact date when they will send it or why there is a delay. This delay has affected me and affected my immigration application

My father-in-law had a check-up every year for 20 years he did one in September he died of cancer without you having detected it he had cancer generalize you have never seen it I don't believe it no more than a thousand dollars per year throwing it away not even the skills to do a complete assessment and what about the follow-up service

One star only for some of their Customer Service team otherwise this clinic isn’t really recommended whatsoever. They charge you more than any other clinic in the city for the PR medical exam plus that if you wish to have your results you have to pay for it. Tests results submissions are ridiculously slow! Wait time at their clinics is looooong , i mean if you guys can’t manage all of those applications just accept a manageable amount of people! Their customer service is good i have to say. This is a private clinic with it’s PRIVATE LAB , I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THE TESTS RESULTS TAKES UP TO 10 Business days to processed OMG Advices: Lower your costs so applicant’s won’t be expecting too much compared to what they already have paid! Make your wait times shorter not only at the clinic but also your medical exam result’s! Their staff are nice to be fair, they are trying hard but the management isn’t good. Remember that we APPLICANTS can still report our experience by the immigration.

NO MORE TELUS! You have to wait in a long line to see the receptionist first (most people have an appointment), which will take you at least 30 mins. I did checkup examinations in this clinic, and It took over 3 hours. You can immersively experience “Telus Speed” here. It will purses you never use any Telus services.

Went there for a US immigration appointment. Sadly, there are no other options in Montreal. The health care workers were professional. Even though I had an appointment at 10 am, I ended up leaving at 4:30 pm! I literally wasted my entire day there waiting to be seen by three different people and was charged around $550 (each encounter took around 10 minutes), which I understand is "normal" for the type of exams I required. This is a private clinic, not a public entity where you know the time you enter but unfortunately, do not know the time you will leave. The worst part is that I had to wait almost TWO hours for the front desk lady to call me so I could make a payment, she kept telling me I was next to be called. A few days later, I called Telus Health to make a formal complaint. The lady over the phone gave me an email addres, so I then wrote my experience and never had the courtesy to receive a response back from them. It is extremely sad how this system works, they are very disorganized and can not even imagine how negatively they affect the life of their customers (at this point, I am not even considered a patient anymore).

Awful, super rude and long waiting times

I just want to reassure anyone going to this clinic. After reading the reviews, I was quite fearful of what to expect. Luckily, my experience was nothing short of amazing. The staff was professional and so kind and eager to help. Dr. Galpin and the rest of the medical team were so kind and made the visit as pleasant as possible. I was there for about 2 hours, which is exactly what the receptionist had told me upon arrival. The wait times in between exams were super reasonable, the price was as expected and agreed upon over the phone and they even followed up with me post appointment. If you’re scheduled for an appointment for immigration purposes, rest assured that you will be in good hands. Their entire system has improved since those poor reviews. Hope this helps :)

I had the honor of having a great experience in this wonderful clinic, starting from the day I made the appointment by telephone, the operator was very patient and attentive. On the day of the appointment I was extremely surprised by the gentleness of the receptionists, they are very smiling and professional, especially the gentleman too. The doctor was attentive, reassuringly professional and very human. The nurses are also super cool. The place is clean. I will never change this place. Many thanks to your professional team!

If I could give less stars I would. My appointment was on a Tuesday. They told me at the desk my file will be sent to the consulate within 5 business days. I called for 10 days straight and they told me every day it will be sent my the end of the day. 14 days later someone emailed me saying this: A) the doctor went on vacation and they didn’t even look at my file. B) only ONE person in the office that touched immigration files had Covid and won’t even get the file looked at by the doctor for days. I am stuck in Montreal awaiting my passport to be returned to me 3 weeks later because of this office! (My appointment was the 13 th of September,It’s October 3.)There was NO reason to lie to me for 10 plus days. And you deal with a Huge amount of immigration medical examinations and charge us for it to not even be done ON TIME. This office really isn’t aware of how much they can affect peoples lives. I’m glad I will NEVER have to interact with these people ever again. Absolutely unreal.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. ON MARCH 29, I PASSED WITH MY WIFE AND CHILD A MEDICAL EXAMINATION FOR THE US EMBASSY.
