I went to this place with my friends to play laser tag and mini golf. We had blast. The staff is really nice.

ETA: Staff reached out to me and took my complaint seriously. I appreciate their prompt attention. Changing my rating from 1 to 3 stars because the kids had a lot of fun outside of the incident. ORIGINAL (1star) My child went with their friends for a birthday party. Two of the children were physically assaulted by other patrons. Staff did little. Not safe for trans/queer kids.

Had a birthday party there where a room was rented for a party of 12, all set up and ready to go. Kids loved the mini golf and the laser tag. They had a blast. It was a bit slow to start because the staff members never told us what to do once all party members all arrived, so we stood there for a few minutes before they realized we had not started our program.

Had a Birthday party here for our son. Had the cool DC comics room. The staff is A+ ! The laser tag is on a whole new level. Two floors spanning over a huge location. This is fun for all ages and a must try for families.

Really fun experience! This was my first time playing laser tag and I enjoyed it a lot. They have a lot of places to hide and take cover, as well as an upper floor for sniping. Super fun! The mini golf was also entertaining, though I do feel some of them could be a bit more challenging. The neon aesthetic of the place sets a nice vibe and gets you in the mood.

Really disappointed! We book 2 bdays for two 6 year olds . Was told they would be alone (parent allowed) in the lazer tag and mini golf . Instead they were mixed with teenagers that were taunting the kids, pointing lazer beams to their heads , cornering them and being generally violent and aggressive with their words ! I am shocked that this behaviour is accepted by this establishment! Paid 700$ and left with crying children .

Fun place to go with friends and kids. Though it was a little crowded playing laser tag. Wasn't much of a challenge or anywhere to go without bumping into someone. Would definitely try again but during the week.

I had my son's birthday party there recently. Really good customer service, the boys took care of all our needs and went above and beyond.

We had so much fun. The arena is big and spans across many floors. We played lazer tag and mini golf.

Booked for my son's birthday. I will update this review after the party, but I must say that the service I received when visiting to check out the venue and book the reservation was outstanding. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The venue looks great and has lots of fun stuff for all ages to do.

Its ok Laser tag is loaded with kids that just run everywhere Golf is quite basic but fun

It was my first time trying laser tag so I can't compare. We were with a big enough group of 10 yrs old, younger siblings and a few parents. Everybody had fun.

Arrived sat evening at 8pm..huge line up. Only one person at the front desk serving and explaining. I recommend calling ahead of time and make reservations for your group (Lazer Tag)or you could have the unpleasant surprise of waiting quite awhile before actually playing. Very nice experience in general, family had fun. Definitely going back.

Went for a team event at 4pm opening time on Friday. It got really busy around 6pm, lots of kids of course. Really great place, the laser Tag and mini putt was great. The staff does their best but were quite slow when it came to setting up the VR and racing which was additional cost. We waited quite a bit for that. Mini putt is over 2 floors, standard nice neon and fun courses. Lazer tag has 2 to 4 possible teams. Has 2 floors as well and lots of nooks and crannies really get an adrenaline rush out of it. However the vests don't vibrate when you get shot so that kind of sucked.

Very cool. Glow in the dark mini put with creative obstacles.+15 holes There are other games as well, but I was disappointed both air hockey tables are out of order.
