    Location ; Good, Service; Okay, Price for food received; a bit high, Overall I have been to this place in the past where they had a couples dinner at a decent price. The meal came with appetizer, main course and desert , we tried it again and yes the price was higher but the meal did not seem to have as much as the past. So it may be a while before I return.

    I went on fathers day, had the waiter Aldo, he was very kind and made my first experience enjoyable and pleasant. Drinks were great and food was yummy. Will definitely be returning again !

    Had dinner here for Valentines day, made reservations and were promptly seated as soon as we got to the restaurant, food was delicious! I had the blue cheese filet mignon and my husband had the porter steak. Service was fast and friendly.

    I hadn't eaten at a Black Angus in over 15 years and I have to say that's a shame. The food was just as good as as it was back then. The restaurant itself was remodeled and looked great. I definitely won't wait 15 years to go again.

    We were a party a Black family of 18 to 20 . OUR SERVICE WAS MISHANDLED. THE WAY MY FAMILY WAS TREATED WAS VERY DEMESNING. It was My 11year old niece birthday. We came from different cities. Fontana, Los Angeles, San dimas. Rancho cumonga.. I'm 58 yrs old and I am disabled. I use a wheelchair and walker. I am employed by the city. My sister is also elderly and disabled employed by the city. Our party waited over an hour to be seated. When I arrived. The wait was about 30mins more. Due to the color of our skin we were made to feel "SINGLED OUT. PLEASE REVIEW THE VIDEO TAPE" Sadly while we looked inside through the window, there was two empty sections. While we waited people were coming in and being seated right away. We were told over the phone that there were no RSVP although the online advertisement stated differently. The store said we should have rsvp. However, Before we could be seated,we were being confronted about who was paying.. as if we were planning to not pay for our meal. Even worse, water wasn't served to everyone while we we looking over the menu. I am contacting the owner of this location in hopes of a fair resolution. I am requesting you to please reply back to me. I am requesting a full refund for the three meals and drinks that was paid for by my husband. 180.00 we also used a 50.00 gift card. The lobsters I ordered were not accommodating to the price. The double lobster was very small in portions. The acholic beverages were weak and too sweet. My husband ordered the steak. The waiter told him, "You could order the 12oz,it is cheaper", as if she thought we couldn't afford our meal. MY FAMILY was made to feel EMBARASSED, INSULTED, AND DISCRIMINATED AGAINST. I CAN NOT MAKE THEM REQUEST A REFUND NOR CAN I INSIST THWY WRITE THEIR OWN REVIEW ANOUT THEIR OWN PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. BUT, I APPRECIATE A FULL REFUND. I WILL REMOVE THIS POST AFTER MY REFUND HAS BEEN MAILED BACK TO ME . PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS POST SO WE CAN RESOLVE MY COMPLAINT. THANK YOU KINDLY

    Hostess was friendly and sat us with only a 10 min wait. Server Raphael was friendly and attentive and took good care of us. The booths are comfortable (we stayed longer and just relaxed after eating). We started with the potato skins and you could tell they are made fresh in house. Paired perfectly with some ranch and sour cream. I loved that they had space dust IPA on tap. Both of us had the prime rib. Definitely delicious, but I wish there would have been more seasoning on it or in the au jus. They advertise blackening seasoning on it but I couldn’t tell they used any. Ended up using A1 which I hate doing on good cuts of meat. It was cooked perfectly med rare and was tender and juicy. I had the potato soup which was fantastic and presented beautifully. My friend had the Mac and cheese and French fries. He said they were bustin’.

    I had the New York, medium well with a salad and broccoli. The steak was well prepared but the broccoli was bland. I paid for the garlic butter but I didn’t love the flavor. The salad was basic but the ranch dressing was good. Service was mediocre. My waiter was straight to business but polite enough. They accepted Apple Pay as a form of payment but I had to follow the waiter to the kitchen to tap my phone. Good place to come if you want something quick.

    Excellent Food. Prime Ri is always on Point. Excellent attention to Detail on The House Salad cold plate and Fork and Fresh Lettuce .

    My first time eating Black Angus. And I'll definitely go back. Me and my Lady shared the Tomahawk Ribeye. Which came with soup and salad, appetizer, 4 sidekick options, and dessert. All for $120 and well worth it. My daughter had the twin lobster tails. Which she enjoyed.

    First time visit for my birthday treat. The place did not seem busy but had to wait 15 minutes to seat 2 of us. The sofa we sat for our wait was dingy and material was ripped. Our server was pleasant but slow to attend us. I finished my soft drink before order was taken. The Pepsi was flat which i mentioned to the server and asked for root beer as the refill. She said yeah I think they're all flat. Really? Yes. My rootbeer was also flat. The food was excellent. Very flavorful. Loved having enough food for lunch the next day. The meal came with dessert. Odd that the server asked if we wanted it there or to go. Made me feel like they wanted us out. It was an hour before closing. The cheesecake was not very appetizing. It had been frozen and not properly defrosted. As we left, walked through the empty bar area. Three employees were talking badly about a customer who misunderstood their bill. Not sure I would ever go back. Maybe for a take out order so I can have my own soda, my own dessert and be done in less then 2 hours.
