Ordered a new guava passion fruit drink. It was obviously not the drink. Even the color was way darker. Before I could ask about the drink I was rushed off with the rest of my order. I was really disappointed. Not to mention the mocha frap we got didn’t taste as if it had all the the ingredients either.

Barista rolled her eyes and looked disgusted when I asked for a pump of pumpkin in my frap. No idea what that was about, but the drink was pretty good. I like to try new things. Wanted to stay and hang out for a little after a long day of errands but the vibe made me head home for the day. Customer service needs work.

Out of nitro cold brew out of regular cold brew. Waited 10 minutes while the checkout person was doing everything but helping people in line to find this out. Best to get coffee before the mall or go to another vendor.

The cashier might have some problem with his ears, and what I ordered completely different from what he gave me, which was really dispoint.

Just had to warn about nuts inside the banana bread. The barista he told me "there is no nuts." This specific Starbucks has a rocky reputation on customer sevice.

Conveniently located in the center of the plaza. A bit cozy in the store but compensates with seating outside the store.

Hey it's Starbucks, sometimes I go in and everything is perfect. Other times it's like hey guys you got my drink wrong and I'd like you to fix it please. They always do with a smile and an apology. I like it here, seating outside in the central area is cool. I play Pokémon Go and this seating is great with 2 Gyms at my disposal and a poké stop! Cheers!

On December 24 2022 I was ordering and the Man who was in charge of my order was very kind and really nice I love this Starbucks!

As expected, the coffee was great.

Why is this the first Starbucks to charge $1.09 for a cup of water. After charging me $7.36 for a tall pumpkin spice latte? This sucks. I will not be returning to this location.

I've been here twice. They always had missing items and beverages, plus the cashier seemed upset.
