Natalie was the best! Not only was she super sweet and funny, she was also very informative! She taught me the importance of home care, which is something I’ve looked past for years. I had my very first Brazilian, and the technician was Jamie. I believe she was training, but even though you couldn't tell. She was amazing!! For my first experience, made me feel comfortable and safe. 10 out of 10. Would do again!

Been going to European wax center for several years. Front desk staff always courteous place is very clean. My wax specialist Danielle is always amazing keeps me up to date with new products and gives me suggestions for my skin.

Natalie was bomb I'm a fairly new to waxing she talked me through it and her light hearted and funny conversation definitely distracted from the pain and she recommended products based on my skin type and I definitely see better results. She really is the best And the receptionist was super nice and friendly overall amazing experience will definitely be coming back!

Danielle is nice, professional, and thorough with every visit. She always makes sure no changes are wanted before getting started and is quick, making things alittle less painful. The establishment in itself is always clean and the GSAs are always very welcoming and knowledgeable.

Don’t listen to those people who say it’s brutal. I swear I should have done this years ago. It was anything but that. Yes In some areas it’s uncomfortable but Jamie knew what she was doing and put pressure on the spots that hurt and paused so the pain would subside and then she moved on. And the pain was definitely NOT SO bad. She also distracted me from what was happening by having a conversation. I think that helped a lot. A++++++ service. You rock Jamie!!!
