The owner of this place just discriminated against a customer. Refused to provide service to a customer and by being extremely rude and bias. He told the customer he will not attempt to thread her chin. She needs to go elsewhere. This is not acceptable. If you are providing service, you also can give recommendations politely with care but not with extreme prejudice and bias against someone’s facial features.

I got my first ever threading done here thanks to my wonderful sister in law who decided I needed it. I went in there with caterpillar eyebrows and walked out with the sharpest brows I have ever had. Really! I looked amazing afterwards. Anyways the staff was friendly and the woman that threaded my eyebrows did it quickly and efficiently. I was impressed by the job that she did. I'd definitely return to this place. See for yourself her handy work and I'm sure you'll be impressed as well.

I just hope everyone knows, your brows ARE NOT identical twins and more like cousins. That is the art of brows. They shouldn’t be perfectly identical. Look at ALL celebrities brows if you don’t believe me. From Beyoncé to Jennifer Aniston to JLo. All different ethnic backgrounds yet all the same similar concepts in their brows. Look at their brow shapes. Your brows follow the arch of your upper eyelid and to make them look exactly identical would be wrong. Jessie understands this and every time I get mine done, after my brows grow back in, they grow in amazingly. The first few times I got my brows threaded here, I had to wait for the magic of my brows growing back in to understand the concept of a person’s brows not being intended to be identical. Jessie made me love my natural brows more than I thought I ever could. He always does a phenomenal job and though I am a regular, I can even wait 2 months between getting my super thick brows threaded because they grow in so shapely now. Threading is an art and a process and if you trust the process, you’ll see the art. For all the negative reviews, there should be 35-50 positive ones to combat each. I would trust the high ratings given to Jessie for a solid reason. He is an exceptional worker and an exceptional man in the art of beautifying one’s face. Trust him, I’ve trusted him from the moment I sat in his chair and never turned back to another threading artist. He knows what he’s doing.
