This place hire me in october of 2022 when there was a promotion going on where if your hired in the month of October you would get a sign on bonus of 100USD. When i started training i asked about it and was told that we would receive the sign on bonus after we have completed our probationary period which ended in January after the probationary period was up i asked about it again and was told that i would have to reach out to recruiting for more information which i did and was told that they have to submit an email and they would get back to me its now March of 2023 and i have yet to receive any update on the matter. This is very disappointing, frustrating and unprofessional and speaks volume about the type of company it is and their work culture.

Honestly one of the best places to ever work in the BPO Industry...I would do anything to work there again...
