Low level guest house however, the food is good. The details matter and this place needs more attention to detail.

Great experience, rooms are in good condition, 24 hours security it seems, however the only downside is the restaurant, the menu is very limited.

The rooms are always great I just don't appreciate that I ordered a large curried chicken for $1050 compared to a medium for $650 just so I could share some with my daughter BUT when I looked in my box it was half callaloo and half curried chicken 🤦🏾‍♀️ I told them before they shared it that I only wanted curried chicken because I saw on the receipt it said mixed lunch. Spoke to the chef and he's gonna tell me all the meals are served with vegetables. That wasn't even a variety of veg! It was just callaloo and it was the same amount as the curried chicken, how????? And then he just disregarded what I was saying. Never again though, yesterday was my last day.

Our stay here was hands down the worst hotel experience I've ever had. We decided to extend our stay in Jamaica and the Airbnb we were at wasn't available and extra night. We reserved 3 rooms just to have a place to rest after our day of excursions. We arrived at approximately 10pm. No one was available but "security." He was USELESS and I felt unsafe, like I needed security for the security. He had his sleazy friends hanging around making inappropriate comments to the female guests. We asked him for washcloths because there weren't ANY in our three rooms and only a couple towels. He told us he didn't have any. After we demanded he call someone, he finally brought us a few towels (not enough for our guest size) and five DINGY washcloths. We had 8 people in our party. They looked like someone had cleaned a car engine with them. His attitude and disposition was as deplorable as the living conditions. There was mold in the bathrooms. The showerheads we're broken and dry rotted. They didn't pay the dishnetwork bill because a shut off notice stayed on the screen and prevented us from watching TV. The electrical outlets were hanging and dangerous to use. There were no comforters on the beds. The list goes on and on. I wouldn't recommend this dump to anyone.

Nice place to spend a night or 2. Clean bed, clean nice bathroom. Front desk attendant has good customer service... would recommend

When I go to Jamaica I always have to visit Palm Bay Guest house. The food is fantabulous, the service is great and the staff are amazing. Also, if your looking for a place to stay while in Montego Bay this is the spot.

Lovely get away for a quick bite and liquor.the jerked chicken was a bit dry. I think that was from microwave reheating. The taste was ok though

It was a short stay but I was comfortable. Really close to work. The food is delicious and available late at night or early in the morning.

The rooms are clean,but the internet service is bad,hot water, nice veiw,customer service can be improved.

The food was good, and the lady attending to us was nice and pleasant. One thing I find that is just wrong, is that in this modern time, costumers should not be made to pay $50 dollars extra for the use of a credit or debit card , that is not right, and not fair to costumers.

I don't like palm bay guest house.. no smoking area and the compound is very noisy at nights with some of the visitors..

Very well maintained, centrally located and manicured property. Loving run by the owner and her family, it is obvious that they are always striving to better their product. Very economically priced with clean comfortable accommodations and great food breakfast, lunch or dinner.

It was awesome and it's a quiet place to go and pray peacefully i really do enjoy my first visit and I do love it over there

The reception was very helpful and professional. So too were the Bartender and the Chef
