When we walked out onto the street in front of S Hotel (where we were staying) to do some souvenir shopping, we were immediately approached by a horde of patrons and locals trying to get us to buy their jewelry, or whatever else they were trying to sell us. It was really aggressive and a little off putting considering we had barely even started our walk down the street. We retreated back to this store, “Shoppers”, which is located in the same parking lot as S Hotel. The first thing the owner of the store said to us when we came in is “take your time, we won’t hassle you or push you to buy anything”. It was a breath of fresh air, and it worked out well for him since we ended up buying a bunch of gifts for our family there. The prices were also really fair and didn’t seem like someone was just trying to make a dollar out of us. I highly recommend this place to anyone, but especially those who are new to the area and don’t want to be hassled when doing a little bit of shopping.

Loaded with gifts for all ages reasonable price great staff

This was the best shop on the Hip Strip. No markups for "tax" or different haggle prices down to what the price should be. Everything is marked as is, final price. Also, one of those places without SUPER PUSHY salespeople that follow you around and press you to buy everything you look at. We went to 20 of these shops, mostly selling the same things, and this was the only one we felt comfortable browsing in. We went twice and tried to go a third time but they were closed (Monday/New Years Day).

Veejay is amazing! Really has best fair pricing, no tax and he cares about his customers. You can get pretty much anything here! Thanks for taking care of us on our vacation!

Good place for tourists from nearby resorts to shop safely and without pressure. Cheaper than paying resort prices. Friendly owner. You may have to respectfully decline a few strange offers on your way over there even if it is a 2 min walk.

Great place to shop hassle free and without the up charge and tax. Great selection of souvenir products, beer/wine/spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages. The owner was very helpful.

Good place to shop around Montagu Bay if you are looking for little gift items. Prices are little high compared to other places.

If you want the best prices, the friendliest owner, as well as non-pushy sales people - my wife & I would highly recommend this store over all of the others in Montego Bay! It was such a breath of fresh air since all the locals are so pushy just outside of every resort.
